When booked together, guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire upper level and the private, fenced-in courtyard—a rare urban luxury!
The Space Each unit is completely independent, with its own living room, full kitchen, and dining area, making it ideal for multi-family groups or travelers who want both shared and private spaces.

HOSTESS WITH THE MOSTEST
Cozy In KC thought of everything. The Belvedere Flats were clean and very well-appointed (i.e. charging stations where you would naturally go and look for them were already there!) with mid-century modern furnishings and beautiful artwork. The beds were soooo comfortable. The kitchen had all of the essentials - we never felt like we were lacking. Kristen and her team were VERY RESPONSIVE and even were able to quickly fix a small issue on Thanksgiving day. We stayed with family, enjoyed making Thanksgiving dinner at the Flats and then walked to see the Plaza lighting ceremony. 10/10 would stay again!
