Brought our family in for parents weekend for a Vols game. The house was exactly as advertised, and especially clean.We had plenty of room for everyone, everything worked accordingly, communication was great, super close drive and Uber ride to campus. We had three cars and there were also still room for more for a bigger party. Everything about it was great for a trip to Knox!We would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you!

We had 9 people stay and there was plenty of room in house to spend time together or get a little privacy if desired. All equipment worked well and we had a great time. We were pleasantly surprised that there were few bugs outside at the house and we got to see fireflies. The hosts were very responsive and timely when we had questions. A great place to stay.

The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. Beautiful open space on the main floor that was very comfortable accommodating our family of 12. Beds we're super comfy. Would stay here again.

This home was wonderful for hosting our family that was in town for a memorial service held in Knoxville. We had 8 adults and 4 babies and everything worked out perfectly for us. The host was responsive to any questions we had and while on a local road, the location was very quiet.

Went to visit our new Tennessee Vol!!! Wonderful location and property! Plenty of space to spread out. Excellent decor! We absolutely loved our time here. Would absolutely book again!

We were satisfied with our stay. Pros; GREAT SPACE FOR LARGE FAMILY, well stocked basic supplies, good kitchen, great master bedroom and bath, ample furniture. Cons: wall beam in kitchen that was a safety hazard, deceptive advertising about inaccessible deck off downstairs that viewed terrible area, front landscaping covered by weeds and poison. We also liked the ample parking.

Hi Carol, I’m glad you enjoyed your stay! Unfortunately in regard to the kitchen it’s a load bearing support beam so there’s nothing we can do- it is photographed in our listing as well. As for the poison ivy that you self identified it was just harmless Virginia creeper! We don’t advertise having a backyard as it is a wooded area with trees and plants, but we will certainly clarify that further in our description. Thank you!

Cute house

Super cute house, was perfect for our 3 families w teens who were touring UT and going to game. Just outside of downtown. Had everything we needed. Kids had their own living area downstairs which was nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Graduation

We stayed a few days for our daughter's graduation from UT. House is spacious and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the time with family & friends. Plenty of parking and close to downtown and campus.

Perfect house for your weekend getaway

We stayed at this property for a weekend of TN Vol football. The house was super clean upon arrival and spacious for our large group. The SoKno location is convenient and minutes from downtown and UT campus. The property manager communicated throughout our stay and was responsive to our inquiries. I would highly recommend this place and we look forward to staying here again.

Plenty of room and great value

Great place located in a residential neighborhood but right off 441 (main drive) so you can reach downtown in 12-15 minutes. The owners have provided everything you need from towel to coffee to shampoo. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. The communication was easy and quick. The owner even contacted us after we left when a package was delivered for us. Great service.

A Plus A Frame

We unfortunately only got to stay 2 nights. The house is amazing and roomy. It was easy to get to and close to downtown if you sleep in the loft it feels like you are truly in a tree house! Quiet neighborhood and the house was immaculate. Love it!!! 10 out of 10

MUST BOOK BEAUTY!

This GORGEOUS Aframe home is a MUST BOOK!!!! The pictures don't do it justice! It's absolutely stunning! We had 3 families that stayed here, a total of 8 kids/6 adults, and everyone was beyond comfortable! The house was prepared for us to enjoy every moment of our weekend away! I can't leave enough praise about our experience! Cleanliness A+, Communication A+, Comfort A+, Commute to Downtown Knoxville A+!!!! We can't wait to return!!!!!
