The house is quietly tucked in a neighborhood with the nearby amenities of a quick 8-10 minute ride to downtown, Ladybird Lake, or Rainey St. Zilker Park is about 10-15 minutes away and Circuits of the America is 15-18 minutes away. This house is great for a family or friend getaway where you’ll have all the basic necessities for cooking, coffee, laundry, and plenty of backyard space for outdoors activities. The heated pool heats to 100 degrees. For larger parties beyond 12, this house has a separately partitioned guest house, which sleeps 4 with a separate booking link. DM us if you're interested in booking both homes together. The listing name is - Entire Tiny House - East ATX - 8 min from DT. We’ll provide a code for the keypad lock on the day of check-in along with the address and any helpful instructions. For any local recommendations, questions, or feedback, please feel free to message us. This quiet & peaceful neighborhood is located in East Austin. It's very centrally located by the Mueller with a quick ride to any downtown events, parks, restaurants, etc. Feel free to park in the driveway or street and make my home yours. The driveway is steep so I’d recommend using the street parking. Early check-in options with aligned charges can be approved based upon availability and request. Please take a look at the front home photo to take account for the steep stairs, which are steep. Ask us for more questions if you're traveling with elderly guests.
