This fully-stocked one-bedroom unit features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, bright, inviting kitchen with a sun room, onsite laundry, and more.

We serve traveling nurses and business professionals as we’re centrally located to St. Joseph Hospital, Presbyterian St. Luke`s, Rose Medical Center, and National Jewish Health.

***PLEASE NOTE:
1) This location does not have onsite parking. There is free street parking all around the unit which is available on a first come, first served basis. We have had guests comment that they have had no trouble finding parking during their stay.

You may leave your car in any parking space you can find, for as long as you need (but be mindful of street sweeping which happens once a month. There are signs letting you know the details about this.)

2) This building does not have air conditioning, but there is a provided window air conditioning unit and fans.

You have private access to the entire unit. There is free street parking available surrounding the building.

Capitol Hill is a historic area with tons of 19th-century buildings to see. It is also very close to the heart of downtown Denver (a 10-minute drive) and still offers a huge variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment venues within a 5 to 15-minute walk. Walk Score just updated this area to a 94 walk score!
You`ll find everything from eclectic bars to upscale restaurants in this area. You`ll be able to access many different parts of downtown Denver very easily, and get out to major highways in 10 minutes.

This apartment is right in the middle of Capitol Hill. You are within walking
distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops in all directions.
To get to downtown Denver, you can:
1) Walk to the Civic Center Mall Loop off 16th and Broadway to catch the
free 16th St. Mall Ride. It is a 20-minute walk.
2) Take any of the scooters or bikes you find along the sidewalk (you will
find many!) included in the Denver Scooter and Bike Share Program.
3) Take an Uber or Lyft. They are plentiful in the area, and will take you
downtown and beyond.

There is free street parking all around the unit, and available on a first come first served basis.

We follow the standards of enhanced cleaning with our 5-step cleaning process (sanitize surfaces, use approved products, thoroughly clean, wear a mask and gloves, wash all linens).

Noise
The city of Denver has noise control laws. In most areas, noise control standards are lower (quieter) from 10pm-7am. Our neighbors are also important to us and we want to be respectful of noise levels in and around the space.

Damages
We have a crew that comes through almost immediately after you check out. If they find damage, they will take pictures and we will draw the cost of repair or replacement from your security deposit, the credit card number provided during the time of your booking, or through insurance purchased by you for accidental damage.

We ask you, sincerely, to please treat our home with respect. We, and our owners, work really hard to make sure everyone has a great stay, and managing multiple `mini hotels` is much harder than you might think. If you can be kind to your rental, it is greatly appreciated.

We understand that sometimes, things happen. Most of the time, when we are made aware of the situation up-front, we can get it sorted out and it is not a big deal. So please, don`t surprise us. If you break something, just let us know. Easy.

Guest Requirements
We expect that, if we were to drop by, (which sometimes happens - we like to say `hi` and meet our guests!) we would find only the guests we expect to have at the property. That means that the primary renter is always over the age of 21, there are no outside, unapproved events, and there aren`t 10 people if we only have 2 listed on the reservation.

Smoking
All of our units are strictly non-smoking. That means all kinds. If there is any evidence (and we have systems in place to know) that indicate smoking, or illicit drug use, the primary renter will be liable for a $500 additional cleaning fee. Many of our guests have had severe allergies in the past to smoke, as well as...

Pets
We do not allow pets in this unit. If we find evidence (and we have systems in place to know) that you have brought a pet to this unit, the primary renter will be liable for a $500 additional cleaning fee.

Furnishings
We want you to be able to enjoy the space in the way it works best for you, but please; if you plan to move something from one room to another, or one part of the room to another part of the room, put it back.

Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.

Deliveries
For the safety and security of our guests and their packages, we encourage you not to organize deliveries to the apartments. We do not have package delivery systems set up for our guests and are not liable for your deliveries.
