As one of the earliest renters of this property, we found things not up to par when we first arrived. However, Tiffany, the property manager, was very responsive about addressing and correcting issues as they arose. By the time we left, the property was in much better shape and should offer a nice vacation to future renters.
We didn’t stay at this property because it was roach infested and the roof leaked from Hurricane Ian. The property manager Tiffany knew on Monday what conditions where at the house we where supposed to move in on Thursday. But never told us till Thursday afternoon that we couldn’t go into the house. She moved us to a new house in Rotanda West on Thursday evening at 6 that house was very dirty. Bed not made, dishwasher full of dishes. Dryer had sheets, towels, and rugs all I the same load. Grill didn’t work, lights burned out. The whole thing experience was a nightmare. Tiffany the rental manager was not responsive to my messages. She had a devilmay care attitude. She told me if we didn’t like the house she would refund our money! We just drove down fro Pa to Florida where were we supposed to stay. Very very upsetting.
