No drunk, screaming or yelling. Quiet hours are:(10:00 pm - 8:00 am). No children's allow at the Pool without adult supervision. No firearms allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed.Only small or medium size pets. If you bring one let me know in advance.Will be an extra fee per pet.One time fee only.

Nice place!

Good neighborhood and close to main roads but far enough that it was quiet. Property was clean and taken care of nicely. TVs worked, modern HVAC system and controls. My favorite part was the 2 car garage. I felt much better having our vehicles inside at night. Host was very responsive even when contacting late in the evening. Beds were comfortable. Didn't get a chance to use the pool as it was cold and raining during our stay (I didnt know it rained in LV!) :) overall great place! Highly recommend!
