Snuggle up on the sofa and watch TV or admire the lake from the comfort of the living room. When mealtime comes around, the fully appointed kitchen has you covered with all major appliances and cookware. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, an on-site washer/dryer, and air conditioning throughout.

We always love the time in Glen Arbor and this stay did not disappoint. Great space and perfect views. Plenty of space for 5 of us and room for 3 more if we needed!. Nicely appointed and very comfortable.

Heaven on earth.

This property is beautifully updated and has everything a family would need for a weeks stay. Very well equipped. The air conditioning is a definite bonus as most units do not have air. Stunning view of Lake Michigan and a short walk to the beach. 100% would recommend

Girls weekend

It really was a lovely stay at the Homestead condo. Comfortable, clean and spacious. This is the second time I've stayed in this condo and I'll definitely come back. Love the location, the lake, the view. It was all spectacular.

Beautiful home and beautiful view of the lake and beach!

Home was perfect, the views of the lake and beach are stunning to wake up to every day! We saw deer right on the beach out of the patio windows! This was a great unit for families, teens and friends! The Market in downtown Glen Arbor nearby had everything we wanted, the deli food also was delicious and the teens wanted to go back for soup several times!

Fab Weekend With the Grands

The view of Lake Michigan is breathtaking from the comfort of the living room. The weather was frightful, so we greatly appreciated the fireplace and other amenities. The three Little’s loved their sleeping accommodations and we had great fun with some board games we brought from home in front of the fire. Some hiking during the day and dinner out completed our lovely time together. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome and peaceful

South.Beach unit eight is extremely well stocked, clean and great walking access to the beach. I have walking difficulty and enjoyed the easy access and we all loved the views and sunsets. We are hoping the unit is available again in August 2025 for 2 weeks. The family felt at home and very relaxing. Thank you for allowing us our stay, The Milantoni’s

Spring Weekend

We loved our stay. Our adult daughter and her fiance joined us for a quiet weekend of relaxation. The home was beautiful, the beach amazing, and the weather better than we could have hoped. The kitchen was more than well stocked for cooking simple meals and warming up our Boonedocks leftovers. We enjoyed working on a puzzle at the spacious kitchen table, and our soon-to-be son-in-law was able to work from "home" with sufficient wifi. The showers were out of this world - renovation inspiration for our home! There were clearly some simple repairs being done/needing to be done (spackling in the bathroom, a broken sliding door lock, a missing light fixture shade in the master), but none of it took away from our enjoyment. Would definitely stay here again.

Big lake beach break

It was relaxing with great viewof lake and plenty of space to hang out with some friends dropping in for an afternoon visit. Next door is an owner who is there all summer and guitar playing and WINDCHIMES wore a bit thin - might not bother some but it did bother us not able to hear water or breeze in trees.

Lovely condo, very clean and great views. This was a private drive off the homestead property and we were incorrectly directed to a homestead property and had trouble finding our condo at first. Called the number but were told to do chat instead. Waited very long for assistance that was hit local and could not help. Just basic and important that the directions should be correct. The beds were hard and clean but average linen quality. We had clean but thin towels. It had everything we needed and we had a lovely time.

Large condo sitting on Lake Michigan.

Location is beautiful. The condo is right on the water, open the door and listen to the waves. The patio furniture was not cleaned and the deck was not inviting to sit out on. We arrive at a bad time for flies. There were hundreds around the door wall. The space was large enough to accommodate the family and meet our sleeping needs. Problems we ran into, was getting help from the management company to unlock the box with the key inside. No instructions on how to use the air conditioners, however that was not a huge issue. Also, I did not realize until I left was that there was debris under the bedspread. This was found when I removed the sheets. The cleaniness of the condo could improve. Overall, I would rate this condo as good but could be great with better upkeep.

Property construction / poor management

Let’s get to the good first. Fantastic location. Newly refinished interior. Nice showers. The bad. They failed to mention that the property would be having its wooded siding ripped off and that there would be pounding and sawing from 8am to 7pm 3 of 5 days. This is a corporate run place. They gave me $410 refund for one day. Nobody local just a 800 number or chat. Bedding was very cheep. One room had only 1 pillow on the queen. Bring your own pillows. You are paying for location here. Very low quality. Kitchen utensils were a joke. Furniture needs a serious upgrade. Looks as if they went to garage sales for the mismatched pieces they have. You get what you pay for.

Family Get Away

Our family (5 adults and two kids) spent several days in Glen Arbor and loved the condo. It fit our needs perfectly. We loved the first floor walk out to the deck and the beach. Being close to the beach was great. Inside the condo was very nice - we loved our stay there and would come back.

Sleeping bear bay and the dune lakeshore is the most beautiful place is the world.

Properties at South Beach in the Homestead resort has some of the most breath taking views. Bugs are heavy in spring but still well worth making a trip up. Property was clean and at a reasonable price.
