Panoramic views of Lake Michigan await you at this stunning airbnb at the Homestead. Perched up high, listen to the serene waves or enjoy a cozy fire in this luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Beach access is just a .5 mile walk down the road. In this open concept, modern condo you’ll be greeted with light-filled spaces with panoramic views of Lake Michigan. Sip your morning coffee and listen to the waves!

We are here to make your stay feel like home - feel free to contact us with any questions, and we hope you enjoy your time in beautiful Northern Michigan!

Guests have access to the whole condo during their stay.

At The Homestead, "Americas Fresh Water Resort” enjoy s'mores at the outdoor bar, a pizza at Cavanaugh's or play golf at Sugar Loaf or pickleball in Glen Arbor.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king size bed and en suite bathroom with heated floors. Washer and dryer are located here as well for added convenience! The second bedroom has a king bed; and the third bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed with twin trundle and ample space and storage.

The modern kitchen is full stocked and opens to a large dining table and living room with fireplace, desk, and smartTV.

Beach access is a short .5 mile walk down the road or hop in your car and explore Sleeping Bear Dunes, downtown Glen Arbor, and all the wineries and restaurants the area has to offer!

Also a winter paradise! Ski and snowshoe right within the Homestead property! The ski season is typically from December to March with lifts operating on the weekends. Snowshoe trails all across northern Michigan or even at the wineries! Downhill ski on site or make a quick trip to Crystal Mountain for the day.

Please note the Homestead Resort Beach Club and Tennis Courts are not available for use. There are public tennis courts in Glen Arbor just minutes down the road. You WILL have access to all of the resort amenities that are open to the public, such as all grounds and beach area, the restaurants, ski hill in the winter, spa, salon, and the shops in the Village.

Please note there is no air conditioning, but condo’s location on the third floor with a view of Lake Michigan provides for an amazing breeze off the water and typically keeps the condo very comfortable when windows and doors are open.

Access to the condo is via ~ 80 exterior steps.

Great stay - beautiful interior and very clean. Fireplace was a nice plus. Hosts were excellent with communication and helped us with a scheduling issue we ran into on our end. The view is out of this world. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. A few minor suggestions to improve the experience would be to have a box or two of tissues in the unit. Additionally, I think the hallway bathroom sink drain needs a deep cleaning. Drain flys were hanging all around it for the weekend.

Winter in Glen Arbor

Beautiful views from this hilltop condo. 85 stairs, so be prepared for a hike to the front door. Nice layout, extra king bed was a bonus comfort for a long weekend away.

Beautifully furnished condo, very clean, new appliances and very quiet and relaxing. It had everything I needed and more …. A lot of steps but this was clearly highlighted in advance of booking so not a surprise but the reward was the breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Michigan!

Great views, no gym needed

Condo was lovely and VERY clean. Gorgeous view. Sunsets were breathtaking. 5-STARS Access to property is literally 80 stair-steps up. All luggage, groceries and beach gear need to be carried up 80 stairs. There is no direct access to the beach. Down 80 steps with gear and then SIGNIFICANT walking paths to beach access. There is no place to park to access beach. There is a parking lot with a shuttle to the beach but it is not offered with this rental so be prepared to walk and carry everything you want/need for a day at the beach. Not having access to the parking and the shuttle is a disadvantage.

NO AIR CONDITIONING!

The condo was simply okay, clean but unremarkable. The outside was not well kept up, paint and stain pealing in deck area.They need to highlight that there is no AC! Cannot believe it - they have guests set the heat to 75 when they leave and it was so hot. They told us to simply open windows and doors, but that is not advisable when a storm is rolling in. They also need a capitalized warning about the number of steps. It mentions those, but if you had a heart condition or any physical limitation they would be impossible to navigate.
