Paved bicycling/running Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail located around the block. Bike to the Sleeping Bear Dunes beaches (including Sleeping Bear Point--National Geographic's #1 of 21 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World), Dune Climb, Historic Glen Haven, Empire, and more. First floor master suite with king bed and ensuite full bath with jetted tub and separate shower, second floor second bedroom with 2 twin beds, second floor third bedroom with 3 twin beds, also a large second floor playroom with 2 twin beds and twin murphy bed. Second floor full bath with tub/shower. Full pull-out couch in first-floor den. Half bath on main floor. WiFi, A/C, gas fireplace, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas grill, front porch, screened porch eating area, back deck, fire pit, 2-car garage. Weekly rentals in Summer season, 3 night minimum Off-season. Check-In 4PM, Check out by 10AM.
