Carleigh, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're pleased to hear you found our place lovely. However, we deeply regret the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We apologize for the issues with the mattresses, Wi-Fi, and appliances. This falls short of the experience we aim to provide. Additionally, the lack of access to amenities and poor communication are matters we take seriously. We are happy to update that we have revamped our communication processes to best serve our guests with an updated guidebook program that clearly outlines access codes, amenities, safety information, and so much more! We have also changed to a different after-hours service that is able to assist our guests with some non-emergency items and information, all the while still escalating matters to members of our team when necessary. We sincerely hope you might reconsider and give us another chance to showcase the improvements we've made. Your experience matters, and we're dedicated to ensuring a much smoother and enjoyable stay during any future visit. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
