Home is a 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath and a 2 car garage modern duplex located in the beautiful lake community of Lago Vista. You will have access to 9 parks, 5 boat ramps, pool, (seasonal), fishing well, fitness center, golf course, hiking trails and much much more. Lake access is within a mile of the property.

All bedrooms, located on the second floor, have vaulted ceilings. Relax in the luxurious master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private balcony with a view that stretches for miles!!! Queen second bedroom is furnished with beautiful modern furniture. Queen over Queen loft beds provide enough space for adults. Granite counters, solid wood slow close cabinets, backyard with wood privacy fence.

Lago Vista Clean and Cozy

I love this place so much! I will definitely be back. I highly recommend it. The bed is comfy, the pillows are cushy, the place is clean, and the owners are friendly.

Great, super clean, and stylish!

This place is great, super clean, stylish, and equipped with everything you may need and more. Laura and Pavla were outstanding hosts and we loved all of the special touches (eg. tea collection, K cups, mini jars of tic tacs, a puppy corner with dog toys....etc) The communication was flawless and check in went extremely smoothly. The beds were comfy and the pillows super soft! We only wish we could have stayed longer and taken more advantage of the free access passes to parks and the lake. We are already planning on coming back to explore the area and to golf. Thank you!!
