Escape to Lamar Heights, where rustic charm meets modern luxuries. This home features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a large soaking tub in one of the two full bathrooms, and a private yard with an outdoor dining area and hot tub. Nearby, explore downtown Arvada's shops and restaurants or fish at nearby Hidden Lake. Enjoy a cozy haven with high-speed internet, central A/C, and smart TVs, perfect for relaxing and rejuvenating.

Bed Configuration:
Main bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and soaking tub
2nd bedroom: Queen bed
1 full bathroom

*Please note there is a long-term tenant that lives in the basement. They have a separate entrance and side yard. Please be cognizant and keep noise to a minimum.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

License number: STR24-00219

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Perfect spot for 3 people and a 6 month old! 20-30min to Boulder and downtown Denver. Quiet walkable neighborhood with a couple parks within a 2 mile radius, amenities also close by. The backyard was a great space and the hot tub and master bath was relaxing. There are long term tenents in the basement, but they access through the backyard and we could only hear them sometimes, not a problem at all. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. It was a beautiful home and we enjoyed being able to have a "home base" while exploring the area. Everything we needed was right there when we needed it and the supply kits in the bathrooms and the kitchen were much appreciated.Our dogs were a little intimidated by the canines across the back fence so we didn't get to spend much time outside but the patio area was lovely. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely property.

We do note in the listing that there is a separate lower-level unit, but we have taken another look at how that information is presented and have ensured it’s as clear as possible for future guests. We’re also sorry for the disturbance from the noise late at night, as we want your stay to be as comfortable as possible. Tje check in and price was excellent along with the property location. Only dissapointments were the creaky cold kitchen floor, the maze of light switches and fan remotes and burried info about having a long term basement tennat with the foors are so loud

An Arvada Jewel!

I highly recommend this adorable Arvada home. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and a great location. The home is well-stocked. They anticipated everything we could need. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate the holidays. We hope to stay in this jewel again!

Nice Property; Worked For Us

The property was clean and adequate for the purpose of our visit. The home was neat and clean and adequately stocked with supplies and kitchen stuff. As we spent quite a bit of time at the property, we found the living room furniture somewhat sparse and lacking in comfort and the master bed was very low to the ground. The location suited our needs.
