Enjoy all that is great about 30A in this completely remodeled condo in the beautiful Beachside Villas complex just steps to a beautiful public beach! Situated between the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and laid-back Eastern Lake, we are the perfect home base for your next adventure.

The master bedroom features a comfy king bed, Smart TV, private bathroom, ample closet space, and direct access to the large balcony.

The 2nd bedroom sports a roomy queen bed and Smart TV as well.

Two twin beds adorn the third bedroom complete with another Smart TV.

The modern white kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, all the food prep and baking amenities of back home and overlooks the main living and dining area. The big screen Roku TV allows you to sign-in to all of your favorite streaming apps. Brew up a fresh cup of coffee and head to your balcony to grab some Gulf breezes and Florida sunshine before plotting the day's events.

At the complex, enjoy a game of shuffleboard, tennis, or pickleball- equipment is available at the onsite HOA office. There are two pools, with one heated year-round. Charcoal grills are also available for guest use. Explore the local scene as Bikes, Golf Carts & other motorized vehicles can be delivered right to your door by various local establishments.

When you head out to explore the area, your choices are limitless! The luxe vibe of Alys and Rosemary, the energy of Seaside, the community of the Big Chill (formerly the Hub), or the activities of Panama City: fantastic restaurants, shops, golf courses, excursions- it's all minutes away from your perfect haven on the beach!

With 6 kids between the ages of 12-18, it's safe to say we have done it all! We have stayed in every type of place imaginable- Hotels, Campsites, RV's, Family Homes, Resorts- you name it. However, nothing beats a private residence that is just steps to the beach.

We love Seagrove and the whole 30A experience and we knew we wanted to buy at Beachside Villas after only being there for 5 minutes. It's the type of place where you will look at each other and say "We're never going back home" after being there on your first day.

However, like most of you, our childrens' schools and jobs are somehwere else. So, until the last one flies the coop, we'll be down there as much as we can. And when we are not there, we will do our best to help make it the best vacation ever for you, your friends and your family.

Beachside Villas are the perfect home base for your 30A vacation. The units have just undergone a multi-million dollar facelift and our unit, 223, has undergone a down to the studs renovation. Add in the fact that its just steps to the beach and you have got everything you need for your get-away.
