Very Accommodating

When we arrived we had a few concerns and the rental company was very quick to respond and solved all of our minor issues. Our family of 4 (kid ages 4 and 9) felt very comfortable and will be back!

Worst stay we've ever experienced. We will never be returning. So many reasons why I would never recommend this place!1. The condo is infested with cockroaches. They are everywhere, in the kitchen cabinets, in the bathroom cabinets, just all over the condo, absolutely disgusting!!! 2. The refrigerator breaker tripped while we were at the beach and we didn't realize till later that evening and ALL our food went bad. 3. The AC was again not working at the condo (we stayed the summer before and same issue) so they installed cheap window AC units that barely cooled the condo during the day. It was an absolute nightmare. I would ask for a refund but I know that won't happen. Do not stay here. The cockroach infestation was horrific and the condo couldn't meet even our basic needs of a comfortable place to sleep (kept waking up worried something was crawling on me or my children), or a cold refrigerator, or even a sponge to wash the dishes. Not enjoyable at all.

Good location

Thos place did not have central air, the air consisted of 2 window units which are not shown in pictures. One in back bedroom and one in living room. It did fine cooling most of the time but not sure how it will be when it warms up more. Thw refrigerator never dud get that cold and then wemt out. We woke up to warm refrigerator and water in freezer where ice melted ahd ice that was made from ice maker. All of the food we had in the refrigerator was ruined and had to be thrown away. We contacted management and they stated they would send someone over, which did not happen. I contacted management again when we left and let them know about this and that while we were there we saw a few roaches there. We saw big one when we were leaving and o sent them picture. I did not get any response to this. The swimming pool was small but ok, would have been better if theu cleaned it out more, it seemed to always have dead bugs in it. On positive note, the place was clean and was in gpod location, i just wouldn't stay here again.
