**Important Information - Please Read**

- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years.
- Max Occupancy: 10 guests.
- Parking: 2 standard size vehicles.
- Incidentals Hold: $700.00. The hold is released on the day of checkout.
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival.
- Amenities: Includes hotel style soaps for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, 4 trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack. This is designed to get you through your first night only. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies.
- Kitchen Appliances: Standard appliances & Keurig coffee maker.
- Bikes: Not included, but available to rent for an extra fee.
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT & Check-out at 9:00 AM CDT.

Good Neighbor Policy

This is a family-oriented neighborhood. Vulgar language, excessively loud music, large parties, and unauthorized events are strictly prohibited. Complaints of excessive noise, disturbances, parties, HOA rule violations, or law enforcement involvement will result in eviction and forfeiture of all deposits.
