We came to Roswell for a family wedding. We stayed at Off Canton Cottage with our kids and grandkids and would recommend it to everyone. Super kid friendly our grandkids loved the playroom and play structure . Beautiful cottage with so much room for all my family. Thank you Josh and Anya

5 Stars – Perfect Stay for Our Work Trip!We stayed at this adorable home for a work conference—4 adults total—and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better: safe, clean, and within walking distance to great places to eat. The house itself was very well kept and had such a cozy vibe. We especially loved the backyard—it had the cutest picnic area and a fire pit, which made for some relaxing evenings.The neighborhood and town were both beautiful and clearly well cared for. Everything felt very safe and welcoming. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy from start to finish. We were all really happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

Great house near canton st

We had a great stay at this house in Roswell. Great proximity to canton street and down town Alpharetta. Quaint and clean house with beautiful yard and outdoors space. We will return for another visit.

Beautiful, clean and great location

Our family stayed in this beautiful home for a wedding weekend. It is located near shops and great restaurants. The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Very, very clean. Stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Would highly recommend

This property was wonderful!! Great experience all around. The owner was easy to communicate and response time was quick. We rented for my daughter and bridesmaids for the weekend. Perfect spot to get hair and makeup done and plenty of room to spread out and lighting was good. I want to come back again with my friends.

Great house!

We loved the location of Off Canton Cottage for a 60th birthday celebration with old friends!! The weather didn’t cooperate (snow, ice, power outages…) but we were happy with our little getaway!

Perfect family getaway

The house had plenty of space, felt cozy and warm and the owners did a great job of making the kids feel at home with the game room and player in the yard! We will be back!

Great Experience in a beautiful home!

Our family (size 8) comfortably stayed the weekend at Off Canton Cottage and it was the perfect stay! Conveniently close to downtown Roswell and cozy amenities with an outdoor fire pit and upstairs bonus game room. We really enjoyed spending time together here. Josh (owner) was very communicative and we had everything we needed to stay in this nice, safe neighborhood. 5/5 recommend!

Family Weekend

We ere a family of five with 2 parents, 2 adult children and 1 pre-teen. Property was excellent with nice, large rooms hat accommodated each family member, and beautiful outdoor space. We enjoyed our stay.

my family came from various locations to perform our annual Christmas ride in my nephews neighborhood for the kids. we all enjoyed the house and property. Only regret was that it was short visit

Beautiful Property

Our group stayed here for a work retreat. The home is beautiful. Any communal space was large enough for all of us to gather, and any shared space (bedroom or bathroom) was large enough for 2 people! Josh was great to work with from booking to check-in. The neighborhood is close to Canton Street - a 3 minute drive to great dining amenities! We felt safe staying in this home + walking in this neighborhood. We'd absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful bright and spacious home

Loved the convenience of the house to downtown Roswell and Ivy Hall venue. My daughter’s bridal party (8 ladies) stayed here and there was plenty room for everyone to get ready and take some beautiful pictures in the master bedroom and out front. It was such a nice place, I’d like to stay here again! Josh was a great communicator!

We want to come back!

What a fantasic house! From the backyard, to the kitchen, to the bedrooms, to the cool board game/kid room! The hosts were on top of everything! Small things that make a big difference like paper towels, S&P, olive oil, coffee, extra lienens and towels, where all stocked up! Highly recommend booking this house! Thanks Josh for the great stay!
