This 101 m² contemporary getaway was recently gutted and remodelled to be functional yet aesthetic. This Apartment is now propose for long term rental 60 days minimum starting 1 of january 2018 with special price.

It features an open gallery living and dining area, which is enhanced by a sophisticated color palette and views of Medieval Parisian architecture.

The heart of the home is its kitchen, which integrates a breakfast bar and contemporary appliances. It opens to the cozy living area which features a fireplace and tall French doors.

There is also study/library in entry corridor that includes customised fittings and light fixtures. The two spacious bedrooms (one with queen bed, the other with two twins) have built-in wardrobes, The master bedroom is attached to a chic ensuite bathroom with the finest of finishes, including a rain shower head and heated towel racks. Indeed, the home's beauty is in the details: the lime washed timber floors, the mosaic-tiled bathrooms, and the ultra-modern furniture make the apartment an unforgettable abode.

The apartment is on the third floor (with elevator) of a quiet, stately building on Ile de la Cite . It's only a stroll away from popular restaurants, boutique shops, museums, cafés, and of course the Notre Dame Cathedral.

Excellent location with well-designed common area

We enjoyed being less than a block away from Notre Dame with access to many charming Parisian venues within walking distance. The apartment lived up to our expectations with a professional introduction by our representative, comfortable accommodations in the common living space to enjoy a meal, read a book or spend time together. We have rented apartments in several arrondissements over the last 25 years and found this property very convenient in terms of location, quality and facilities. We would recommend this apartment as home base to explore the variety of neighborhoods, restaurants, museums, music and ambience Paris has to offer.

Perfect Apartment in the Heart of Paris

We travel to Paris with our two teenage daughters and stayed for eight nights. From booking to arrival Paul from GLAMPARIS was beyond helpful and the entire process was super easy. Access to the apartment was simple and safe. There is a tiny elevator so no need to lug the suitcases upstairs although Andre was a total gentleman and carried mine up. The day we arrived it was quite hot (90F) so as expected so was the apartment but once we got the portable A/C units running it cooled down quickly. The entire apartment was spotless and the beds were super comfy although the pillows were not to our liking (memory foam, not down). We were provided with detailed instructions on all the appliances in the apartment, grocery store and metro stop locations. There is a bakery just right around the corner perfect for picking up fresh croissants each morning. Although we didn't watch TV often it was nice to have the option to use our Netflix account to catch a movie when we wanted. The apartment was well stocked with all the required cooking utensils except we couldn't find a cutting board (very minor issue). We were also provided with laundry and dish detergent which was really nice. We did run out of toilet paper on the last day but there is a convince store just right around the corner so it wasn't a huge issue. If you will be staying for an extended time I would suggest bringing your own shampoo and other toiletries as they only provide two small bottles. The best thing about this apartment, besides the location, is that it is surprisingly quiet. If we travel to Paris again we would very likely stay here.

Great location, all the conveniences!

The apartment was spacious (for Paris), comfortable, and well equipped. We were there during a heatwave and the apartment stayed relatively cool. Only on the last night did we need to use the portable air conditioners provided. The building is located on a quiet street in the midst of a popular area, so be warned there may be noise from outside. We were not too bothered by it and the side facing the Courtyard was absolutely quiet. Loved the entry into the building's courtyard, as well as the central and historic location. Would absolutely rent this apartment again.

Perfect apartment to enjoy all of Paris

I diligently researched apartments to rent in Paris as this was our first time not staying in a hotel. Glam Paris was very helpful, the staff are gracious and get back in touch very quickly. They answered our many questions and helped us each step of the way. The apartment was just as it appears on-line but more beautiful, airy, light filled, and large. Opening the beautifu large windows and hearing the bells of Notre Dame was so magical! We were two couples and having the 2 bathrooms and bedrooms and such a large kitchen/living area made our stay so comfortable. The apartment was very clean the beds were fabulous and the location next to Notre Dame couldn't be better! When we arrived early Saturday morning Paul was at the office and got us in the apartment after we had a fabulous breakfast (recommended by Paul just down the block). He had a van ready to take us to the apartment and he took the time to walk us through the apartment and explained everything we needed to know. He gave us great restaurant reccomendations and was so nice. There are a few restaurants just down the block that were very good and breakfast was a walk down to the corner to get fresh croissants and cafe au lait. We loved being able to get breakfast and eat in luxury in our lovely apartment! The location is magnificent, on the island and a block away from Notre Dame. It was a wonderful opportunity to be so centrally located to everything in Paris. We walked everywhere! A quiet street, very safe and simply magical. We were excited to be able to open the large door on the street and be one of the lucky visitors to Paris that get to step in to the lovely courtyard and enjoy the apartment up a beautiful winding staircase! The elevator helped to get luggage up easily, which was a real bonus! I highly recommend Glam Paris, this wonderful apartment- we have every intention to return!
