This spacious remodeled home with an ADA friendly bathroom boasts a dining table that seats 12 and a chef's kitchen with two fridges. 3 living areas make it easy to be all together or have smaller conversations, and 2 of the 5 bedrooms are master suites. One master is attached to an ADA friendly bathroom designed to accommodate guests with mobility challenges. 4 full bathrooms total make it a breeze to get everyone ready in the mornings. A large covered patio in the back yard sits next to a 5 person hot tub. At the end of the street is a beautiful park with splash pad and mini- golf and Provo Canyon is right around the corner. BYU - 10 min, UVU - 11 min, Sundance - 13 min. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping only 5 minutes away.

Long term tenants reside in a basement apartment that has its own entrance behind the garage and is separated from the main house by a lock that remains deadbolted at all times.

Because our long term tenants park in the street, our neighbors have asked that guests stick to the garage and circular driveway, which is plenty of room for 5 cars.

The house has been updated nicely inside. Don’t hesitate to reserve the property. Also don’t worry about their being tenants in the basement. There is a private entrance and we didn’t even cross paths. The beds were comfortable which is usually my biggest complaint. I slept great in this property. The location is close to almost everything in Utah Valley. Overall we would stay here again in the future.

Great reunion location

My husband, myself and our adult children and spouses stayed here for a long weekend. Property was wonderful and hosts were very responsive when there was a need. Our only complaint was that due to the host’s request we did not turn the air conditioner as low as we may have wanted leaving the second floor bedrooms a little too warm.

My husband Steve and I love Orem and this home! Although we live in Washington State, a part of our hearts are always in Utah County with it's beautiful mountains, college football games, hiking, biking, and great restaurants!

Why they chose this property

At the mouth of the Provo Canyon, you're 10 minutes to BYU, 12 minutes to UVU, 14 minutes to Sundance Ski Resort, and only 5 minutes to the Shops at Riverwoods. Hiking and biking trails start right in the neighborhood and Palisade Park with its mini-golf and splash pad is just at the end of the street. Driving, biking, or walking, you can't beat this location!
