Wrap around deck. Only a 7 min drive to beach and a walk away from a lake where you can fish and do small boating. Lake has trails for family and dogs along with playgrounds for kids

Cute little bungalow. Host was very accommodating. Even had fresh fruit and muffin, with some items stocked in the fridge as well. With stay here again if we are in the area.

The guest cottage is super cute! Richard met us at check in to give us a tour! He even provided some fruit and breakfast items to get our stay started. He was quick to answer when I had any questions. It’s a quick drive to downtown Wilmington and an easy drive to the beach! The cottage was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to get our stay started

The house was very well stocked!! Lots of complemetary food...WOW! It was clean and comfortable. Warning: Low ceilings...I am 5'0" and could touch them, so if you are super tall, you may have an issue. The host was very plesant.

Richard is the best host! He had the place stocked with breakfast items like I’ve never seen at a vacation rental before. The place looked brand new. I thought we were the first guests. I will definitely stay there again.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Our hosts were great we wanted for nothing, everything we needed was there plus our hosts even had fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and breakfast variety of food in the fridge for us. The cottage is very nice, has everything you could want and very clean. Great outdoor screened in porch to sit day or evening. And yes we were close to any and everything we needed to be!!

Short family get away

Very quaint and clean house. The owner was extremely friendly. The host family even provided breakfast items in our refrigerator for our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Wilmington. Thank you for a great stay.

Richard was a wonderful host and very responsive. He met us upon arrival and showed us around. The cottage was clean and well stocked. It is located in a residential area but it is only 15-20 minutes from them beach (depending on traffic) and a similar distance from downtown wilmington. A big thumbs up!

Everything you need and location

This is a great location, very convenient to airport, UNCW, and Wrightsville Beach, restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood great driveway parking for one car and plenty of street parking. The host is very hospitable and he has thought of absolutely everything one could need on travel!

Wonderful trip

The rental is a charming guest cottage with all amenities and a screened in porch. It was very comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. Convenient location close to many restaurants, parks and public beach access. The property owners were so wonderful and very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again!
