This is a beautiful property and was spacious for or bigger group. Lots of outlets and good TV options. We didn't use the yard or grill but it was nice that it had it. The rooms were clean although the beds were much too firm for my preference. There were a couple cleaning hiccups in that there were food crumbs on the coffee table when we arrived and the coffee maker had been left with very old grounds in it but otherwise a nice stay, safe clean area, quiet neighborhood and allover pleasant experience.
