Very enjoyable! Home was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Pool was fantastic, and having a relaxing soak in the hot tub before bed guaranteed a good night's sleep. Weather was beautiful for spring, and there's plenty of shade in the backyard so I'm sure summer would also be enjoyable.

We had the pool heated for the week. Had an issue with the heat turning off the first couple days we were there but the owner was prompt with our messages to him and fixed the issue. We spent all of our time in the pool and backyard. House was clean and well equipped and the neighborhood was very quiet. Restaurants and grocery stores are very close.

Great home and pool area!

We stayed at this property March 2025. We loved everything about the house and pool area. The house is big and spacious and well stocked. The pool area was our favorite! We spent many hours in the hot tub and our grandkids visited and loved the pool. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Overall, it was a perfect month for us in this home.

Beautiful, well laid out, well stocked with all things you need for cooking and swimming, great pool/hot tub area, great location! Not far from the places you'll need, but neighborhood feels very quite, and off beaten path. This was an excellent place to stay for our trip and the host is very responsive! I had a question on two occasions and received immediate responses. We felt well taken care of. And the bathrooms are absolutely wonderful. This was an amazing place for us to stay on our vacation. I would recommend it to anyone.

Home Away From Home!

We got a little bit spoiled here! Peaceful, relaxing and private. Amenities were great! Some pool/spa issues but am sure they will get worked out. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Beautiful community!

Winter getaway

We wanted to escape Minnesota winter weather! We had a little difficulty with our first rental, and when we went to rent this property, the owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure the pool was heated as that was our most important item. The house was wonderful and roomy and the spa was everything we wished for!

Quaint home in Maricopa

House had everything we needed. Heated pool and hot tub were enjoyable. Would have been nice to have a welcome book that explained how to use the pool’s amenities and check in/check out expectations. We didn’t know how to use the pool until the pool guy came by 5 days into our stay.

Great quiet location

Very clean, updated decor. Comfy bed and pillows. Plenty of amenities. The pool and hot tub were so great! We paid to have the pool heated while we were there as night time air temps were below 50. 10 minute walk to so many fast food restaurants, Starbucks, convenience store and grocery stores, and several Drug stores. Super convenient location- just 30 min drive from Sky Harbor airport. Beautiful backyard. The only downside is that there are no black out curtains so I would recommend bringing a sleep mask if you’re used to a dark room for sleeping.

Loved Maricopa

We had an amazing time at Bobby’s property in Maricopa! Loved the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas. Wonderful relaxing hot tub/spa was the best! My sister was staying at a place up in Fountain Hills. It has a beautiful view and was bigger, but had no spa, small bedrooms and bathrooms, and was a lot more money. Bobby’s place was a better value by far. We would go back again, and probably will. 5 stars for sure.

The house was awesome, the pool and spa, fantastic. The cleaning people are doing bare minimum. It was not dirty on the surface but many small things are being missed. There was dirt and food debris under the couches in the kitchen, dust on the tv equipment in all the rooms. The microwave and grill were dirty. The baseboards were dirty. House and spa/pool top notch.
