Great Place, Lots of Room & Close to the Falls!

We offer well appointed surroundings. Not just with the interior of the home, but with the exterior as well. We have for you a place to relax, chat with family and a safe and comfortable place to enjoy. The inside offers you a lounge with sofas and a TV. we can host up to 6 people very comfortably with 3 full 4 pc bathrooms.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have only 1 bed each. Two queens and a Double (Just shy of a Queen). Our exterior has a BBQ and a patio set just for our guests.
The space
"Our property is a relaxing way to spend time with your family". "We can accept up to 6 family and friends to stay in our beautiful unit". "A very deep 1/2 acre property with private patio set, BBQ and fire bowl out back, Comfortable inside and relaxing and private out. Where in any City can you get such a large outdoor space to relax in?? We provide an assortment of Kids toys and even water sprinklers for not just the kids.. but for everyone to have fun with!
Plenty of Free parking here at the house!

The upper floor of a vacation home that has 3 areas to sleep. Two bedrooms each with a Queen bed. Rear bedroom has a double bed (Just shy of a Queen). Sleeps 6 comfortably. Three full-size 4-piece bathrooms and all on one level.
Guest access
This is located on the second floor of a home and is separate, private and secure. The entrance is from the driveway and well lite and has a Self Check-in keypad entry system. We the owners live on the main floor.its just myself Mark, my wife Monica and our son Joseph. The house is really two homes, fire separation and soundproofing. We have enjoyed this arrangement as our guests do as well. Our guests are happy we are close by for help, advice and assistance. We provide total privacy for you. It has worked for the past 15 years as we respect our guests time here.
Other things to note:
You will be 1.5 KM or 1 mile to the Falls, a beautiful walk in summer as well in winter and is in essence a straight line from the house to there and back. You cannot get lost!

The absolute best short term rental we’ve ever experienced. Great communication with Mark. He responded to all our requests and even recommended attractions and restaurants. This is the cleanest place we’ve ever seen, and I am a clean freak!! Yummy breakfast food Mark stocked for us to cook was a great plus. Easy access to all the local attractions. Highly recommend!! We wouldn’t stay elsewhere when visiting the area. Thanks again Mark!!

Mark was amazing at making us feel welcome (he even had a few breakfast staples for us) and he made good recommendations. Communication was excellent and the place looked amazing and was well located (in the middle of all the important attractions). Lots of room, perfect for big families.

We had a great few days at the Falls and took a day trip to Toronto for a few sites. Great locations house. Would definitely stay there again and thanks for the great memories.

The property was perfect. 4 bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The main attractions were walking distance. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

The host communicated early and often to ensure the accommodations were perfect. Nice sized, well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms with all the things you’ll need (linens, alarm clock, soap, shampoo, towels, blow dryer, etc.). The kitchen included dishes, pots, pans, utensils and even a stocked refrigerator for breakfast. Mark was more than accommodating. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay was pretty nice.Clean apartment & friendly host.Our complaints were:1) The Host only allowed us to use 2 of the 3 bedrooms & 2 of 3 bathrooms. One bedroom had only a double size bed and was very small for our daughter & her husband.The master suite had queen bed with adjoining bathroom but no closets for hanging clothes. Our daughter & her spouse would have been more comfortable in a Queen bed which the 3rd bedroom had; but was not available for us to use for reasons unknown. 2) This is the only VRBO or Airbnb which had bedrooms & bathrooms shown & described in listing as 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms but only had 2/2. Or 2/2 for us to use; we paid for a 3/3.3) Both bedroom mattresses were extremely hard or poor quality mattresses with no support or comfort.We all slept poorly and had body aches from the mattresses.4) Our host had breakfast food in the refrigerator for us to cook. Nice thought; but none of us are breakfast eaters. So I felt odd about it.

We traveled to Niagara falls with our two teenage boys and they both had their own room and bathroom. The host met us and showed us around. The place was beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated. The host even provided us with some food necessities already in the refrigerator. The house is close to the falls if you want to walk (15 mins). But also close to a WeGo bus stop which was convenient. Includes a dryer which you will need after many of the Niagara Falls attractions. The host was friendly, gave us local food suggestions instead of all the expensive tourist restaurants. We are glad we stayed there.

Sorry this review is late was in hospital. Everything was really clean except for the ants. Told owner about problem and he put down ant traps. If there was something that needed done he did that day for us Owner was very helpful with my needs since I needed a mobility scooter. He gave us the alarm for me to keep it in the garage to charge. Owner even provided breakfast fixings for us in the refrigerator. Sincerely, The Sollars and the Bentley's

The location was a highlight — situated right across from the river, and within walking distance to the falls. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and made us feel very welcome. The unit itself was impressively spacious, with everyone having their own private room, closet space, three full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. It's an excellent choice for a longer stay where comfort and room to spread out really matter. We would highly recommend this property without hesitation.

Amazing property to stay at and I would thoroughly recommend. I will stay again.Only a 15 min walk to the falls which was excellent. Great lication. The house/apartment was amazingly well presented. Lots of hard work and love had gone into restoring it and it definitely felt like a true home from home. Plenty of space, comfort and homely. Mark is an amazing host and made us feel so welcome. This was located on the 2nd floor of the house and there is no hot tub, which is why I booked this place. But we had a good time and actually was not at the house much other than at night when it was dark out. It was very clean and there were plenty of blankets of needed. The host seemed very nice and they had a board with a few recommendations of things to do and see. It was about 1 - 1.5 miles walking to the falls and Clifton Hills. They also put a dozen of eggs, bread, and a couple other things. We really enjoyed our trip and the house. Even though the host was on the first floor it was still fairly quite and they were respectful of our privacy. I would definitely rent it again.

The layout worked very well for us with the bedrooms being spaced out to allow people to go to bed at different times and not be disturbed. Having the three bathrooms was excellent, it allowed people to get ready to go out for the day and shower, etc. without disrupting others from using the washroom. Great outdoor space in the back with barbecue.

This beautiful home located on the Niagara river is close to the falls and an easy drive Niagara on the Lake. The owners did a great job communicating with us and and eve provided coffe and other essential items to us upon check in. The home is beautiful, modern bathroom fixtures and very cleanHighly recommend !

Great location. Walking distance to falls. Mark greeted us as we arrived and showed us the apartment. immaculate. Gave us parking pass that allowed all day parking at Table Rock to access attractions. Apartment was listed as 3 bedroom, 3 bath but only 2 bedroom and 2 bath were available. There was a den and sheets in the closet so maybe 3rd bedroom was a sleep sofa? Listing had 2 queens and 1 double but the beds were 1 double and 1 queen. We were traveling as 2 couples; the 2nd queen would have been nice.Some breakfast items were available - Canadian bacon, eggs, coffee, apple juice, bread. Mark gave us recommendation for dinner plus suggestions for activities around NF. We were away all day the next day and arrived home at 9 PM to find apt. warm - 76 F.Thermostat in apt. was locked. We texted Mark but no response until next AM.A/C turned off for the season. He suggested we open the windows for cross ventilation. Very frustrating since most windows screwed shut. Fans over the beds helped but no way to get the cooler outside air in. At the end of our second full day there, he relented and texted me to say that he had turned the A/C on for a few hours. I’ve never stayed in a VRBO where I couldn’t control the temperature. After we checked out and were driving to our next location, I had the opportunity to review his original listing. There were photos of a 3rd bedroom and bathroom that we never saw. Mark made decisions about our access without talking with us.

Great location, lots of space just steps from the Bed & Breakfast Wego stop. Our party had four adults and two kids. The space was plenty for our group, there's even a large backyard with a BBQ. The host provides everything you need, even supplied laundry detergent!

This property is only 1 mile or 1.6 KM away from the Falls and its attractions.
We are uniquely positioned; we face the Niagara River which is the water that has just fallen over the Falls as it travels to Lake Ontario. There is a stone wall along the river that if you follow it, will take you to the Falls and its attractions then just follow it back to the house. Simple.
