Nancy was a very communicative and gracious host. The home was very well kept, and exactly the kind of calm and quiet we needed after busy days sight-seeing around Niagara. We loved the Canadian decorations, and themed rooms and prime location. To anyone staying in the Niagara region I would recommend Nancy’s place to anyone looking for an affordable spot. That is wonderful for the price.

Absolutely charming house! The host, Nancy, was very responsive to our questions and gave us several suggestions for things to see and do; which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect; literally minutes from the Falls. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was very cute and quaint. We enjoyed our stay. The blue line wego pick up is right behind the house and in front of the Ramada inn so very convenient to get around.

This is easily the best property I've ever stayed in... exactly as advertised, and there was very good communication with the host, who kindly agreed to a late checkout for us so that two in our party could finish the half marathon race and then have time to clean up afterward before leaving. The property is very well maintained; and the kitchen was well stocked with all essential cutlery, plates, glasses, and an assortment of cooking items such as spices, oils, etc. I especially appreciated the automatic motion-sensitive lights throughout so we weren't fumbling to find light switches in an unfamiliar place. We also appreciated being so close to the Falls and all downtown activities. We simply parked when we arrived and walked everywhere. Highly recommend this property.

The house was clean. The towels were new and smelled fresh. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Things were clean well organized. The parking was right in front of the house and we were within a 15 to 20 minute walk of restaurants, entertainment, and especially the the waterfall. The host responded promptly to all of our communications would definitely recommend this property. We would stay here again. If we came back to Niagara Falls. The only thing I would advise is the downstairs. Shower is kind of small be fine for children, but it was kind of small for an adult to try to shower in. There was a bath and a larger shower upstairs however

Great place to stay! Everything about this listing was true...close to the falls...clean...quiet...just a overall great place. Communication with owner started right away, she was quick to answer any questions we had and responses were fast. I always have a little bit of anxiety staying at a VRBO but her quickness to respond to my email made this go away. If you are looking for a place near the falls, book this house!

Amazing location. Close to everything and still a nice quiet place of you wanted to sit outside. Price was perfect and checking in was very easy. If I ever go back I’ll definitely be booking this house again.
