Topsider resort is a unique water front property where all the units are elevated and detached featuring 2 bedrooms & 2 baths with decks. Upon purchase you will be issued a Guest Certificate in your name issued through II for our week. The certificate entitles you to exclusive use for that week and all responsibility.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
