BOTH (two separate) units in an up/down duplex are yours when you book. 2 living spaces, 2 kitchens, 4 large bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, bonus sleeping nook. Plenty of free, on-site parking. All in a great location, close to trails, shopping, dining, and not far from the airport.

Bed setup: 2 Kings, 4 XL Twins (can be converted into 2 Kings), 1 regular Twin, 2 additional rollaway Twin beds & several air beds available.

To ensure that our property will be suitable for your trip, we like to get these important considerations for any guests considering booking our property out of the way first:

- This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted on our property, inside or outside.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation.
- Guests must be able to navigate stairs into both units - the upper unit has outdoor steps up to it, and the lower unit has 4 carpeted steps down into it.

This listing is for BOTH of our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units in a townhome style duplex, the space is about 2500 square feet total, the 4 big bedrooms are large and airy, and the open concept living areas are welcoming and warm. The spaces are separate and detached (two separate entrances, not connected via the interior) but in the same location. Both living rooms feature leather sofas and chic modern farmhouse style.

We've included everything you need for an easy, breezy stay. You'll find *6* Smart TV's - one in each bedroom and living space (Please note, guests may use their own login information to utilize the streaming service of their choice, we do not have cable). All of the bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, quality linens and room-darkening window coverings to block that bright Alaskan midnight sun on those long summer nights!

If you're inclined to stay in touch with the office, you'll appreciate the unlimited high speed WiFi and 2 large desks that make working remotely easy. The space also features a large yard and plenty of free parking.

*** 11 guests sleep comfortably in the beds with mattresses provided (6 beds upstairs, 5 beds downstairs). We have additional queen and twin air mattresses we are able to provide. There is an extra guest fee of $20/guest per night and we require an accurate guest count. We've had many sports teams, groups, and clubs stay with younger guests and sleep extra people comfortably! We also have a pack 'n play available for our littlest guests. Please NOTE: Furnishings and household items MUST remain in their respective units as these units can be rented together or separately.***
