The home can accommodate 16+ guests using the foldaway beds, convertible sofa beds, and additional queen and twin air mattresses with linens; please inquire about your group.

To ensure that our property will be suitable for your trip, we like to get these important considerations out of the way first:

- This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted inside the property, outside only with respectful disposal consideration, please.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation.
- There are stairs inside and outside of both units.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire duplex: both the upstairs and downstairs units. The units have separate private entrances and do not connect through the interior. Self check-in is available via lockbox.

Free driveway parking is available on the premises for up to six vehicles. The backyard is shared and is not fully fenced.
