Nice sitting Front Porch and a front bay window with sitting desk. Directly accross the street is Publix, Waffle House, Beach Liquors & the start of the Brooks Bridge. Amazing property

Very cozy. I loved the cleanliness and the acrivities they had set out for you. The neighborhood was good and it was vwey close to the beach. Exceeded my expectations.

We liked the location, there was a bit of traffic in front of the house over the weekend which made getting in and out of thr drive way difficult but I think it was due to road work in the area. The home its self was nice, the bed was super comfortable!

My wife and I came on our adult vacation and stayed the week here. The location was great and made going anywhere we wanted very easy! The address took us right to it and plenty of parking. It was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There wasn’t enough lighting in the main areas for our liking, but that’s just us lolHosts was very easy to get ahold of and quick on responding.

Comfy and cozy near beach

My teenager and I, small dog included, immensely joined our stay. Traffic is a bit cumbersome, but this place is so charming. The beach, restaurants and shops are within miles of this cottage. (Publix and Waffle House are within walking distance.) Amazing time, thank you!

Great stay!

This was the second time I've stayed at the property! They have updated the fridge to also have a freezer! I love that they provide beach towels and chairs to use! Overall, this is my favorite place to stay in Fort Walton!

I have only 2 complaints. I had NO CLUE how to turn on the overhead light until I found the small remote on a side table that said “fan/light” on the back of it. So I just used the lamp and bathroom lights to see by. The other being, I have food allergies and have to have a freezer and fridge to bring my own food on vacations, there is ONLY a wine cooler fridge. So it doesn’t get below 34°F I made do, but it would’ve been nice to know this.

Small Issues

Very clean place and very well kept. The only issue we had was with some insects inside the unit. There were wasp like bugs inside the bathroom area and we could not find where they were coming from. Large ant located on the floor in the bedroom.

I thought it was closer to the ocean or beach side

The refrigerator was a wine cooler refrigerator could not fit a bag of ice in it and it didn’t keep stuff cold

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, close to restaurants, bars and grocery store. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location!

This property is perfect for a stay at the beach! It is 5 min from the ocean. Our dogs loved staying with us too. We will come here again soon!
