Frannys FUN Florida Cottage is a nearly 100 year old Cottage that has been modernly updated and located in the heart of downtown Fort Walton Beach! At the Foot of the New Brooks Bridge taking you to okaloosa island and gulf of mexico beaches. A stones throw away from Publix, Waffle House, and beach liquors. This modernized Cottage will be your favorite place to stay in Florida! You can also rent the BIG ROOM and the SUITE located on the same property for an unforgettable time!

Had a work trip and ended up traveling with my mom and dog. Opted to stay at Frannys Florida cottage in lieu of a hotel and was a good choice. We truly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable and adorable! Also loved the fenced in back area with the porch swing. Creates a private little area to sit and chil outside. Will stay there again if I ever find myself in the Fort Walton Beach area again.

Time for myself

Vacationing and drove over to Crestview to visit grandson. Spent time at the beach and ate lunch at Whatabuger, there arent any in Colorado!

Great location and close to everything. Good size for a couple and very pet friendly Cute outside area with a swing and an outside shower. The only negative feedback we had was the outside lights are very bright and the bed was not great for back support.

Incredible location

Amazing location 10 minute walk from beach front restaurants and bars fort Walton beach shops. Right across the street from a Waffle House / Publix / and liquor store. Will be back

Cottage was clean and comfortable. Grocery within walking distance. Drove to Niceville and Destin. Great trip.

Cozy

This place is in an ideal spot. I came for work this time around. Next time my fiancé and I are going to come and bring our jetskis. PLENTY of room for a truck and trailer. Great stay!

Birthday trip

Great little cottage with everything we needed! Directly behind Publix so that was a plus. At the bridge so easy access to everything! We will definitely be back!

Just book it!

This property was adorable and very accommodating. It was perfect for my fiancé and I but is able to host more than two people. Very private and the grocery store is in walking distance! We had no issues getting to the public beaches and local restaurants. The host communicated with us effortlessly. This place is worth the stay! Just book it! If we come back to ft Walton I know where we will be staying. 😊

Great location and very convenient. We had a great time. We were able to drive less than 3 minutes to the beach. Everything you need is available at the house. I would recommend to the owner to get a bigger fan for the bedroom or Ac unit in bedroom.

My husband and I had the best Anniversary trip! The cottage was close to everything, it felt like home!! We are looking forward to our next stay at the 1st street Cottage.

Cute cottage!

Perfect little property for myself and my dog who came to the beach! Amazing little courtyard and close to everything! Very clean and well stocked!! Literally the perfect trip! Host was awesome with commication!

Great location, near boat ramp

We came for a 3 day getaway to meet up with friends who were also staying in the area. We loved our little cottage. Had everything we needed. We brought our boat and there was ample space to park it. Boat ramp was less than 5 minutes down the road. The owners were very nice and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will be back for sure!!

Nice little place

House was super clean and homey. Wonferful check in and easy check out process. Owners was nice and friendly and even gave us a gift card to a local restaurant. Perfect little house for couples, only about 15 mins from destin beaches, easy place to get around. However i always leave recommendations (not complaints) We felt the shower inside needs a shower wond for easy rinse off, and bedroom could use some sort of A/C. But again recommendations, it was still a great home. Thank you for such a great stay!

Loved it!!

The cottage was so nice! We brought the boat and launched right down the road, took maybe 15 minutes to get out to Crab Island from there. Loved that there was an outside shower to rinse off the salt water. The Publix being right next door was a major plus too. Would most definitely recommend this cute little place to anyone wanting to stay close to Destin.
