Why they chose this property
You are in for a treat; this house was built in 1923. Miriam and I had the vision to pour our hearts and souls into creating a space we would like to enjoy. We brought in local artists to paint a mural in our backyard. We renovated and decorated the property with the best materials available for comfort and utility.
What makes this property unique
The most significant benefit is the location of the property. Centrally located on 4th street within the Retro Row neighborhood, we are super close to the beach, airports, convention centers, cruise terminals, downtown LB, and public transportation to get you in and around the Los Angeles area with ease. We also decided to provide you with beach cruisers to get you around because bikes are awesome.
