We had everything we need and even more! The house has EVERYTHING, from a welcome basket with plenty of snacks, water in the fridge, towels, mixer, plenty of pots and pans, toys, games, silverware,…! The house was spotless and the owner is the most attentive and nicest person! We loved our stay.

All you need!

We stayed here over memorial day weekend and everything was amazing. The communication with the host is the best I’ve ever had. They are very attentive to everything and want to make sure you have the best stay possible. I recommend this to everyone!

Wonderful Vacation!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, this is it! Clean, and has everything you need! Karen is amazing and communicates extremely well. The pool/bar area is where we hung out while not out and about. Amazing! Wonderful area, close to restaurants and stores. Beaches not too far. Can’t wait to come back!

Great home

We had a nice stay at Karen's property. All communications and logistics were easy. The home is large and clean and well-furnished. Grill is brand new. I particularly loved the sparkling pool and sitting out on the adirondack chairs by the canal. Very dog friendly with a fully fenced back yard. Working the TV's was kind of confusing, but it was really not a big deal.

Perfect house

This house was amazing! We had 10 people in our party and fit comfortable here. The host Karen was a god send. We stayed over Christmas break and she put up a tree and even gave gifts to all of the kids. She was very tentative to every detail. I will definitely be staying here again!

Just book it because this place is amazing!!!

Wow…words cannot describe how much love and effort have been put into this lovely home. We especially LOVED the canal area and pool area. We spent the majority of our time laughing and hanging out together there as well as playing some of the many fun outdoor games included with the home. Kids and adults all had the best time ever. We saw fish, a super cool iguana, and an owl. The kitchen was beyond fabulous and well appointed. The master bedroom and bathroom, well you can get lost in there because it’s that spacious lol. They literally have everything you need and then some. We used the beach towels and chairs (more than enough for your entire party) to go to the lighthouse beach. We used the kayaks to go fishing. The neighborhood is super quiet and conveniently located near a lot of restaurants and stores. We already have some friends interested in coming after hearing how amazing it was and you should definitely check it out too!!!

Excellent home

Amazing house. We had a wonderful family vacation with great memories. There was plenty of room for 9 of us. As soon as we walked in the front door we were so happy to see how spacious, beautifully decorated and clean everything was. This house has all the extra amenities you could want, and more. We really enjoyed the pool area and sitting by the canal havjng coffee in the morning. Our host Karen was wonderful. Her special extra touches were amazing. I highly recommend this home.

This was our most fabulous VRBO rental to date; the host is most considerate in providing every amenity you could want or need. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pot, pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, appliances, pantry goods, sporting equipment (bikes, fishing poles and tackle boxes, coolers, kayaks, beach chairs) etc. House was clean and bathrooms were well stocked. Furniture was very nice and comfortable; plenty of seating areas both inside and on pool patio to accommodate our guests. Pool was clean and enjoyable, and the outdoor bar area was greatly enjoyed. Sufficient off street parking for 6 cars. There was a large basket with a generous variety of snacks, bottled water, and a bottle of wine provided. The internet worked without issue. For those traveling with pets, the thoughtful amenities included pet beds, toys, water and food dishes, and dog treats. The yard is completely fenced-in; just be sure to check that side gates are closed (used by yard snd pool service).Beds and bedding were very comfortable, and while the neighborhood is conveniently located to many nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, the neighborhood was very quiet. The house layout allows for little noise between rooms which was very nice. Air conditioner worked well to cool this large home. The laundry room included a very large capacity washer and dryer set.Excellent and attentive communication from the host. We look forward to a future return stay at this property.

First family vacation

This property was perfect for a family of 10! 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Its has all the amenities you would need to enjoy indoor and outdoor fun. The pool area was great, with a lot of pool toys, bar, large table and waterfall. The patio doors open wide to extend the living space. We spent most of our time outdoors. The location was close to everything, restaurants, liquor store, groceries. Our hostess was very easy to communicate with and was always available for questions. She was amazing and even decorated for Christmas and left goodies for the kids to make it feel like Christmas. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Amazing place! Thank you for making it a wonderful experience and family vacation. Dont miss out on this place! Rent this one, you won’t be disappointed!!

Family Christmas Celebration

Amazing Christmas Vacation! After our first rental cancelled due to hurricane Ian damage. We rebooked with Karen, I can't say enough good things about her! She had exceptional communication with us while planning our trip and once we arrived! We walked into the house after a 48 hour adventure from Michigan in a blizzard/snow storm to a beautiful home decorated for Christmas 🎄we enjoyed a couple cold days snuggled on the large sectional couch with the fireplace going while watching TV and reading! Once the weather warmed up we moved outside! Started our morning with coffee outdoors and moved to the pool for the rest of the day. The home is full of all the amenities for little ones for example crib, pack n play and high chair! For the most part we prepared all our meals at the house! The kitchen is equipped with the perfect appliances and cooking tools! Poolside you will love the grill, bar and TV with a large table great for games! The open concept is perfect for hosting a family! Fenced in back yard for kids and dogs is also a plus!! We enjoyed taking the kayaks and bikes out! The dock provides an additional outdoor hangout for all to enjoy. I highly recommend this beautiful home! The owners take pride in hosting their guests😊

Summer Family Vacation!

Our family has used VRBO a lot over the last 6 years. I have never had a bad experience, but our experience with Karen was for sure the best one ever. She went above and beyond what is expected. She puts a lot of thought into making sure you feel welcomed and at home in her home. Her communication is great. The cleanliness of the home when we arrived was impressive. And all the included “conveniences” were more than we expected! The home has so many amenities, with the 4 kayaks, private swimming pool, fishing poles, and everything you need for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook 6 breakfast, and 3 dinners (and lunch) for 9 people. If you’re traveling with a baby she’s got you covered with a crib, high chair, stroller, and baby swing. The special touches like her having a whole welcoming package all set up for the family with snacks and starter breakfast waiting for us, which the kids juts LOVED!! Her heart goes into this and it shows. I have to say the pool deck its self is worth booking for. The activities are endless, it’s definitely been designed with “togetherness” in mind. So many things to do besides just swim! She's full of great suggestions on all things local. And always a text or call away if you need her. Promise you won’t be disappointed. If you’re looking for a place you can spend time with your family and not have to be driving around looking for things to spend money doing….Book now!! :)

We fell in love with the Cape Coral, Fla. area with all the intersecting canals and magnificent, sunny location! We, thoroughly, enjoy sharing our own vacation home with our wonderful guests! Our beautiful home is super conveniently located, yet tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Our property is 2,791sqft of upscale living at its finest! There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a sleeper sofa in the 2nd living room. Our open-concept, one-story living home makes it easily navigable for those with mobility issues. Our grand master suite with its spa like bathroom is a peaceful sanctuary. We have a massive dock where we love to watch the sunrises and sunsets. There is also a 20,000lb electric boat lift and our large canal has Gulf of Mexico access! Bring your boat or rent one from one of the many marinas in the area!
