Cozy entire home with 3 bedrooms, close to parks with walking trails

Small and cozy entire house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant, and secure. Near Alderwood Mall, downtown Lynnwood, I5, and 405 There are several parks, restaurants, grocery stores, and stores nearby. Take the breathtaking Olympic View Drive, and in 10 minutes you will reach the lovely Edmonds Beach area, where you may stroll, watch the sunset, shop and eat in its vibrant community. From there, you may ride the Kingston ferry across Puget Sound to charming little communities and the Olympic Mountains. Two block from the house you will find a 40-acre park (Lynndale Park)with great pathways for walking in the forest. This is the place to go whether you like to play basketball, tennis, go for walks in the forest, or just swing on the swings. Also visit the Lynnwood recreation center with fantastic pools and many drop-in classes. Take a walk through the neighborhood and parks, have a delicious breakfast at Bistro 76, eat baking goods at 85 bakery cafe, play golf at the Lynnwood municipal golf course, or do all of the above. :)

Nice house for a family getaway

We had a nice stay at Patricia's house. She was very responsive and friendly. The house is older but had all the amenities we needed travelling with a toddler. The main floor was nice and cool on the very hot days (we did not use the upper bedroom which had a portable AC unit). It's also close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. We would stay again.

A long weekend stay

The property suited just what we needed. My 2 adult sons and I went to celebratr a 90th birthday for my dad. We stayed in this cute home and spent most of our time with family but this was great for us to come back to at the end of our day. To kick back relax and unwind. Thank you so much for allowing us to use your home.

Home away from home!!

We really enjoyed are stay in Lynwood! Located in a nice quite neighborhood close to town but far enough out of town!! The house was a perfect fit with all the Amenities! Property manager was awesome to work with and very kind! I would recommend this property to all family and friends!!

Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. The house has everything you will need to have a great sleep and have a great stay. Parks and waterfront very close to the house.

What makes this property unique

Big back yard, quiet street, Parks at walking distance. 10 minutes drive to Edmonds downtown, where you will find great restaurants, beach, and the ferry to the islands.
