a hidden gem centrally located in the Everett suburbs—perfect for anyone seeking a convenient getaway. Enjoy walking to the river, boat launch, and scenic nature trails. With easy access to I-5, you're just mins from Everett’s waterfront & downtown w/local shops and restaurants.
Destinations:
• 8 mins to Boeing
• 30 mins to Seattle
• Quick drive to the Navy Base, AquaSox Stadium, casinos, and towns like Snohomish, Mukilteo, Lake Stevens, and Mill Creek.
Fall in love with Everett and enjoy what it has to offer!

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests (with an air mattress for 1 additional guest) and is perfect for families or groups.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom: Queen bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Two twin beds
• Additional Sleeping: One inflatable mattress available

Bathrooms:
• 2 full bathrooms (upstairs)
• 1 half bath conveniently located on the main floor

What a beautiful little weekend we had! Thank you! The property was easily accessible, clean and spacious. Check in and out was sensible and easy. We thank our host for allowing us an earlier check in and for the small considerations in the home that made it cozy!

The River Retreat was the perfect place for us for a month long stay in the area! The home was wonderfully appointed, kitchen was well stocked for cooking (which we did a LOT of!!), pet friendly, and very comfortable to live in. Also, the proximity to the freeway was very close which made it super easy to get to Costco and Winco in South Everett (3.5 miles), Snohomish for some sight seeing (recommend that if you have never been there!), or just down the I-5 corridor to Seattle. The walking trail on the river was an added bonus!Our host Alyson was super responsive and very helpful with making sure that everything was taken care of and to our liking.
