*Must be at least 16 years of age and a licensed driver to operate golf cart. No exceptions. Also must submit proof of current insurance and sign a golf cart agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.
*Guest will need to bring (if desired) their own volleyball, basketball, racket ball equipment if you chose to participate in these amenities which are available in the community.

Check in is anytime after 4:00 PM - This is the earliest we can promise to have the property available for your stay. We can occasionally accommodate early check-ins however, these are not guaranteed and must be pre-arranged with your host. If you need a guaranteed early check-in time, it is recommended to add the additional night before to your reservation.

Guests will have private access to the property via keyless entry. The unique access code will be sent just before the check-in date. Rental agreement must be signed before check-in instructions will be sent.
Come experience lake life in a whole new luxurious way at the Palomino on Park. This spacious 3 bedroom/2.5bath home offers a private pool and seasonal dining room located on the secluded back patio. The open concept featured in the main living spaces allows easy communication with family and friends. Sleeping arrangements are as follows:
Master bedroom (located downstairs): King bed with en suite bathroom
Guest bedroom #1 (located upstairs): King bed
Guest bedroom #2 (located upstairs): King bed
Jack and Jill style bathroom located upstairs between the two guest bedrooms
Additional half bathroom located downstairs just off the kitchen

Total number of guests allowed: 6
Carlton Landing is a family friendly community with most amenities within walking distance or a golf cart ride from the Palomino on Park. Strollers and bikes are welcome too.
