We had a fantastic stay. The property is conveniently located near everywhere we visited—even a nearby tennis court! The beds were great, backyard a wonderful escape, and the entire house just what we needed.

Quite possibly the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in

Between easy check in & out, rapid responses to messages, and the best stocked kitchen I've seen in a while, this property is a 10/10. The beds were cozy, the couch fit our entire group, the hot tub was perfect, and the location was ideal to the activities we had planned. Nine adults fit comfortably and we will be booking again for our next Red Rocks adventure!

Perfectly perfect!

Great house with plenty of space for everyone! Had 9 ppl including 2 grand kid aged 2 & 4. Backyard was perfect for them to play when we were at the house. Excellent location with easy access to the zoo, aquarium and water park. Lots of nice parks in the area too. Quiet neighborhood and all the amenities you would expect! I would happily stay here again!

Great for Couples

Had 3 couples, it’s perfect for bedroom + private bath setup! Backyard is a cool setup for a nice dinner outside with the lights, playing bags and hammocking. Very clean. Definitely a good choice for a Red Rocks weekend vacay only 20 min Uber away. Would recommend.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay at the ames house was wonderful! The property was exactly as pictured. The house comfortably fit our group with a big couch and hangout area upstairs as well as a big table for dining and games upstairs. The back yard was also beautiful and fun to hang out in. The beds were super comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and check in / check out was very easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

All around great house

This home is what you hope for when you rent a place. The home is new and nicely decorated. They invested in all the things that make a stay comfortable - nice mattresses, great showers, soft towels and well stocked kitchen and beverage area. Jeremy and Brandy were great hosts and quick to respond to questions. The house is centrally located on a quiet street with easy access to the entire region. Would stay again for sure.

Fantastic home!

A group of our friends stayed two nights at this property so we could have fast access to Denver for the beer festival. Perfect space for people to have their own rooms, nice bathrooms (3 full baths), a well-appointed kitchen, massive couch to hang together, games in the garage (ping pong, foosball, cornhole) and a hot tub (though we didn't use it - it looked great). We loved everything about it. The bedding was great, quality towels, all the conveniences we needed. We hope to book this again for next year! 20 minutes from Denver - quick drive to downtown Arvada, 25 minutes from Red Rocks. The owners did a wonderful job making this a space that is welcoming and comfortable.

Great place to host my Birthday!

Super cute house, love the split layout for entertaining which made hosting a 2 day birthday event fun! Plenty of beds so there was no unnecessary driving. Everything about the property was perfect. Immaculately clean and well stocked. I've stayed at resorts that were not as preared as this property. Having a property manager next door was super handy. The Hot Tub was having issues but, he was able to fix it quickly and had it up and running in no time. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I forgot my purse in the front seat of my unlocked car and it was there in the morning. Definitely recommend this host and property!

I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and it was great! Central location to get to surrounding towns and to downtown Denver. The house was comfortable and provided everything we needed. Only issue we had was there is no full length mirror, but of course that is very minor. Communication with Brandy was always fast and efficient. Highly recommend staying here!

You have such a beautiful home. It’s nice, quiet and peaceful. I do recommend doing a deep cleaning behind the couch ,Furniture etc… we ended seen some spiders coming out but besides that everything was amazing

This house was perfect for a gathering of friends. The enormous sofa in the cozy living room was comfy for hours of catching up and games. We enjoyed several meals around the large dining table and the outdoor table. The split level layout worked great for separation and privacy at night. Of course the hot tub was awesome. The host was very friendly and responsive and we enjoyed the hosts recommendations for outings and meals. Most importantly for me, the house was spotless! Nothing left to be desired!

Wonderful Vacation

Great location and we enjoyed being there for a week. Check in great and cooperation wonderful with owner was prompt and accommodating. A few suggestions—AC distribution needs balanced, Queen mattress on main floor needs upgraded and Dryer doesn’t dry towels. The room under steps was unable to be used due to odor.

Great location and house layout!

The house was perfect for four couples! The owner let us drop our bags off early so we could enjoy the day without carrying our luggage around so that was super helpful! House was very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!!!

Family wedding.

My wife and I along with our youngest son, his wife and their three boys. And our son-in-law and four of his children and a boyfriend joined us in Denver for our oldest grandsons wedding. We all arrived on Thursday afternoon and were able to check in early which was so helpful for all of us to get cleaned up and dressed for a 6:00pm rehearsal dinner. After the dinner we returned to our accommodation and the grandkids enjoyed the hot tub. Three of the grandsons loved sleeping in the cove as it was unique and a fun place to sleep. Because of our busy wedding activities we didn’t have a lot of time to just kick back at our vrbo but the time spent there was wonderful. The ping pong table in the garage was also a hit. I would highly recommend this vrbo to any family gathering or a group of friends to join together and relax in this beautiful, clean and well decorated home. You will love it!

We fell in love with this mid-century gem and knew this is where we wanted to be. We are so excited to share our home with you. A short drive to Olde Town and Homestead Park is a few blocks away with a ton of space, basketball and tennis courts and a playground. A gas station, King Sooper, Walgreens, and Sonic are all walking distance. The 60th Ave. & Sheridan at Arvada Gold Strike station on the RTD G-Line is 0.5 miles from The Ames CO. Ubers are super responsive and quick for this location as well. Only 15 minutes to downtown!
