Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must sign rental agreement and provide photo ID within 48 hours of booking, or booking is subject to cancelation.
Guest must be 25 years of age to rent the property. No co-signers are accepted.
Cabin can sleep up to 8 guests. Please note the additional fee $75/night for additional guests over a total of 6.

We are just your typical, hard working family from the valley in Phoenix. I am a teacher and my husband works in management. Together we have two young boys, and we were able to make our Munds Park dream a reality in 2022. When we're not working, we're just like you...we love to make memories and spend time with family and friends. Cabin Manor offers the perfect place to cool off during the summer heat, enjoy the fall colors in autumn, and of course, enjoy the silence of snow fall in the winter months. We're so close to outdoor adventures in some of the most beautiful places not only in Arizona, but the entire world. Sedona, Flagstaff, the Grand Canyon, and historic Route 66 are just a day trip away. We're so excited to share our cabin home with you; we hope you love it as much as we do!
