My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful cabin, clean, welcoming with all the amenities. My nephew's loved the surrounding woods. I really must say that the owner was amazing with us. We will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend her. Thank you so much.

Great Family Getaway

  • 5 of 5

I found the location of the cabin quite nice. It was in a quiet neighborhood and backed the National Forest.

The front porch on the cabin is where we spent most of our time. We enjoyed barbecued steaks and burgers while sitting in nature.

There were two master bedrooms for couples and the third bedroom was two sets of bunk beds for the kids. Plenty of space to spread out and areas to have a little privacy.

There is TV provided via Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and much more. Internet WiFi works throughtout the cabin and outside on the porch.

The fire pit is on the porch deck but you may need a mini propane tank to use. We tried it but only had two minutes worth of fuel left, so we never went to buy a new one.

There are two parking spots in the garage but a boat taking up most of one. I was able to fit a small car inside the one and the other stall was completely available. There’s additional area in the driveway, so plenty of parking.

If you forget anything, check in with the Dollar General about a mile down the road. That placed saved us a trip into Flagstaff more than once. They have tons of stuff there and very reasonably priced.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. I would have no problem recommending this cabin and would consider staying here again.

Best little cabin in the cool pines!

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Little Elk Lodge! The "triple decker" house, as the twins called it, was perfect for our three generation family, having two master bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. We spent most of our time there on the beautiful front porch, enjoying the cool quiet evenings watching the stars. The owner, Eve, was amazing to work with, keeping us updated on such things as local power outages and she even let us check in early which was wonderful for the little so she could nap. I will most definitely stay at the cabin again!

Cozy cabin in the woods

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed our cabin stay in the woods. Even though the cabin was in a neighborhood, it was remarkably quiet, so it felt like you were in the woods by yourself. The cabin had everything that we needed. It was a great refuge to come home to after our days of hiking and exploring in the Flagstaff area.

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed the cabin and that you found it well stocked. It's lovely to sit on the patio, smell the pines and hear the breeze through the pine trees. Our cabin is in a neighborhood and convenient to town, but since it backs the forest and has lots of pine trees you still do feel like you are in the forest.
