Great location and parking for my truck was perfect! Could use some mirrors in the bedrooms with only 1 bathroom. Great communication and very quiet! Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. This place is centrally located, a five minute drive from UVA campus and from great grocery shopping (Wegman's) and close to the highway for getting out to hiking and any excursions.The place was clean, and the beds comfortable. The neighbors were very nice, and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again with my family the next time we come up to Charlottesville, which we do about once a year to visit extended family.

Only issue was neighborhood

The neighborhood was a little iffy for my friends that don’t like to travel without their husbands (U guess there was an issue with the neighbors arguing) but I enjoyed the property, very clean, really nice toilet paper, bed was super comfortable (got a good nights sleep every night), and location was close to wherever we needed to go whether walking, driving, or by Uber.

Great spot!

Stayed for two nights while visiting and taking in a UVA lacrosse game. Location was great. The place was everything we needed with super comfy beds, very clean, and the layout with bedrooms upstairs and the kitchen / living area on the main level providing a spacious feeling. Owners were very quick to respond when we reached out. I drive a full size truck, and my vehicle just fit in the parking spot lengthwise without being on the sidewalk, but opening all doors was not an issue for space. Something you may need to consider.
