Very clean & neat house. Great location & close to a lot in Charlottesville. Great neighborhood to take walks & people pleasant. I love to cook, was limited on cooking pots & pans. Living room couch was most comfortable but did its purpose for limited times. Overall great stay & loved my time with family there!

Great stay

Our family of 4 stayed here for UVA’s family weekend and had a great time. It was a 20 min, easy walk to Scott Stadium, also walkable to several restaurants.

If you want to be able to sit on the patio out back, bring your own chairs. There are no chairs outside. Watch out for poison ivy under the bushes. The place was very clean. You will need to bring your own ice or ice trays. The love seats in the living room are terribly uncomfortable to sit on. The bedrooms are nice.

Stayed with friends for a wedding in town. Great location and clean house! Close to most main attractions in Cville. There was an unsealed pipe sticking out of the shower wall, so we were a little worried about the water getting behind the wall.

Convenient location near UVA

We rented this property for a graduation party in town. It met all of our needs. The one bathroom was a bit of challenge for the 5 of us that stayed but, it was nothing some scheduling didn't solve. It was clean and the host was very responsive.

Perfect location & cozy house

My husband, our 4 year old and our infant stayed here while we visited Charlottesville for a wedding. The house was the perfect size for us and the location couldn’t have been better. Directions from the host were straightforward and the house was clean, ready for visitors, and exactly as described. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit!
