The Sunset and Desert Oasis Suites-king beds and ensuite baths; third bedroom has XL twin bunk over queen bed, and fourth bedroom has two twin bunk beds (for children under 12 yrs).
House amenities include:
A/C, free hi-speed wireless internet, 2 refrigerators, washer/dryer, 5 Roku smart TV's with lots of games, firewood for the fireplace, and a private hot tub! 10 SHARC passes for FREE ACTIVITIES giving access to the Sunriver aquatic facility, tennis & pickleball, disk-golf and the private owners's boat launch! 5 adult cruiser bikes, 2 kids bikes (helmets not provided) and a ski/snowboard rack in the garage! Central Oregon is a visitors paradise! Mountains, rivers, lakes, volcanic history, starry nights...Come, relax and make memories in the fresh mountain air of Sunriver!! We are located on a quiet cul de sac and is close to all that Sunriver has to offer: 35 miles of paved Sunriver biking trails, SHARC aquatic facility, tennis/pickleball courts, Sunriver Village, public golf in Bend and La Pine, floating on the Deschutes River. Mt Bachelor is a quick 30 minute drive and our home (20 Whistler Lane) is a 5 minute walk to the Sunriver Marketplace for groceries or an ice cream.

Booking Rules: Minimum age of Primary Renter is 25 and MUST be present on the property for duration of the reservation. Occupants under age of 18 shall not be left unsupervised. No parties, events or loud music. NO SMOKING on our property (inside or outside) Sorry, we have a strict NO PET Policy and we do not make exceptions. Thank you! IMPORTANT: All Guests are REQUIRED to read, e-sign and return our Rental Agreement within 48 HRS of booking per our House Rules. Our property requires a $500 Security Deposit. A hold will be placed separately by the property 2 days prior to check-in. Thank you!
Important note: Our home resides in a noise-sensitive area, and we/the owners, participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of max occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. We have exterior and garage security cameras.
