Cozy Cape in Newtown Square Pets Welcome ⚡️Free EV⚡️Safe and Convenient Location

Newly renovated and conveniently located, cozy Newtown Square cape. Pets welcome for no additional fee. Toys for the kids. Private driveway can park up to three cars.

Close to whole foods, shopping centers, route 3 and 476 (blue route).

WIFI speed is download 300 Mbps and upload is 10 Mbps it’s the Comcast Performance Pro.

The garage is not accessible for our guests but there is plenty of parking on the driveway.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Cozy house in quiet, safe neighborhood. Enjoyed walking in the evening, walked to buy pizza, sat in back yard to listen to the birds. Grocery store close driving distance.

Nice house in a good location

The house was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to major routes, attractions and shopping. It was also nice to be in a walkable neighborhood. Communication with Norman was great. He answered any questions or messages promptly. We had a lovely stay. I would recommend this property.

Absolutely Amazing !!

Fantastic hosts from start to check out! Norman and his wife are amazing. Very prompt responses to every question I asked and they truly care about their guests. Their home was perfect for our group which included small children and our dogs! A fully fenced in yard, off street parking and the location was absolutely phenomenal ! 30 mins to Citizens Bank Park, the Philadelphia Zoo, Franklin Institute and Longwood Gardens. The neighborhood is great with tons of restaurant options and close access to other necessities. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Norman!
