We liked this property because the beds were so soft at night when we came in from doing activities in St. Augustine. The property was close to everything we wanted to experience. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook. It was well maintained. We would recommend it to others visiting this area.

This property is in a good location and has potential, but it needs a lot of work. The listing photos look much better than the actual condition. When we arrived, the house was dirty, the furniture was extremely worn, the flooring was peeling, and the bathtub drained very slowly.I contacted the host immediately and was told the issues would be addressed, but very little was done. The cleaning crew that came was unprofessional, and the overflowing trash can outside was covered in maggots with a terrible odor. No one collected the trash during our stay, and by the fifth day we had to request a second trash can.The yard was also poorly maintained. Our Miniature Schnauzer came inside covered in stick tights every time she went outside. Although the home has a fenced backyard, it is only accessible by going out the front door and around the side of the house, which was very inconvenient.I requested a partial refund or different accommodations several times. The host said she refunded 115 for the inconvenience, but we never received it.This was the worst rental we've stayed in. The location is nice, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were very disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is close to the main attractions. We traveled with out two indoor cats, so appreciated it that it was pet friendly. Quiet neighborhood, and responsive host. We definitely recommend it!
