Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Nice area, room was dirty, furniture old and ripped, cigarette butts and smell everywhere outside, keys did not work twice took 2 hours to find out door latch broken, supposed to fix next day, no one showed up. Pool closed and covered, couldn’t use, no notice it would be unavailable. Should get my money back, workers inattentive, sitting outside smoking, not answering phone. Place is a dump.
