The perfect getaway - Located downtown on 8th street, this ocean side home comes equipped with everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. Enjoy short walks to the beach and boardwalk (steps away), balcony / patio space and spacious living areas across 3 stories.

This home can sleep up to 20 guests! To expand your group size, please contact your host as the property directly adjacent allows for an additional 20 guests. Both properties can sleep 40 total!

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size.

All bedrooms come with a smart T.V equipped with a Roku as well as a dresser and or closet.
The home has two living rooms, one on the 2nd floor and another on the first floor. Each has a large smart T.V equipped with a Roku, as well as sectional couch / sofa seating.

Located on 8th street in downtown Ocean City, this house sets you steps from the beach and boardwalk!

Bed linens will be provided for each bed. Bath towels will be provided for each guest. Beach towels and toiletries are not provided.

No age restriction. Seniors welcome!!

Great space and location

Everyone fit! Lots of beds, bathrooms and beach chairs! Kitchen is a bit small but was good. Tip - bring a cork screw. The convenience to the beach was awesome.

Amazing house for large group of friends with perfect location to the beach

The stay at this house was amazing, I could not recommend the house or location more. We had a group of 15 guys (35-40 years old) who got together for Memorial Day weekend. The house was clean and comfortable slept us all. Plus the beach was about a 2 minute walk from the house! We will definitely book again next time a large group is in Ocean City!

Great Family Vacay House

The home was warm and inviting! Plenty of space for hanging out together and dining together! Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The family enjoyed walking on the beach at sunrise and boardwalk in the evenings. We prepared some of our own meals in the kitchen which was fully loaded with supplies. We truly enjoyed ourselves and plan to return in the future! Thank you for the great hospitality and sharing your home with us!! wonderful home with us!!!witin the kitch

Great Experience

I was impressed with how clean and spacious the property was. My family had more than enough room to run around and even have some privacy. The exterior of the property also provided you with some shelter, when entertaining company outside. The host John was outstanding. He stayed in communication with me and was extremely helpful. I plan to utilize this place again on my next trip. I would ABSOLUTELY give this place a 10/10.

Amazing House

A vacation we will never forget! This house had everything we needed for the perfect family vacation. If you're looking for a short walk to the beach and boardwalk this is the place. The layout of the home was everything we were looking for to accommodate several families. Open floor plan on the main level allowed ALL of us to enjoy meals and family time. Playing games at the living room table and being able to see and talk to everyone. The host made himself very accessible. We look forward to staying here again.
