As you walk into this home you will be impressed with the vaulted ceiling in the family room, living room and dining area. The marble gas fireplace offers a fantastic space to relax or to entertain guests. The family room offers a big comfortable couch to watch your favorite show on the new 65" television or to curl up and read a book.
The 4 bedrooms are a good size with comfortable medium-firm mattresses.
The area has very little car traffic and you will often run into neighbors going for a walk or walking their dogs. I have always found everyone to be really friendly.
The home is located on the southern end of Rancho Mirage, which has much less wind than most other parts of the valley. This really increases the enjoyment of the yard.
The backyard and pool are so private. No neighbors can see in. The pool is fairly large (28' by 16') and is 7' deep on the one end (cannon balls anyone?).
There are also no powerlines running through the backyard. So much nicer that some neighboring cities.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off pool heater, if you were heating the pool. Return pool Floaties and pool cover to the back shed, if used.
Leave garage door openers on the kitchen counter.
Please put all outdoor cushions in the garage. Safe travels home!
