Delta is a one-bedroom unit that sleeps up to four guests, located at Serendip Vacation Condos, a small 10-unit complex. Unwind at this beautiful condo close to Cruz Bay. Recently remodeled with a bright and airy tropical decor, you will never want to leave. Relax on the expansive veranda and catch the most unforgettable sunsets over Cruz Bay and St. Thomas.

Delta is located on the top floor of the lower building and features an oversized veranda with excellent views of Pillsbury Sound and St Thomas, in addition to spectacular nightly sunsets. Gather in the comfortable sitting area, relax on the chaise lounges, or enjoy a meal al fresco at the dining table overlooking the view.

The fully air-conditioned condo sleeps up to 4—the master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa (curtains can be drawn to separate the living room for additional privacy)

The open floor plan features lots of natural light and views of nature from every window!

Delta’s kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you could need to prepare a meal, including a full-size fridge and gas range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, and lots of extras. If you don’t want to dine on the veranda, a second dining table is just off the kitchen.

The bathroom includes plenty of towels, a hairdryer, a clothes steamer, and toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

The condo has a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows and secured, high-speed Internet.

A safe is available for storing your valuables.

The condo comes with everything you need for a trip to the beach, including beach chairs, a cooler, a sun shade, and beach towels. Snorkel gear, beach games, and paddleboards are additionally available on the property (first come, first served).

Shared amenities on the small 10-unit property are a sparkling plunge pool and pool deck, a gas grill, guest laundry, trash bins, and an onsite manager. Serendip also features a solar and battery backup power system.

A digital lock provides contactless check-in (unless you prefer an in-person greeting) and our onsite manager is available to help make sure your visit to St John is everything you dreamed of!
