Game room is a huge win and so much fun for all ages! Kitchen and dining area are open and so nice for gathering with a bigger group of people. Great check in/check out process. I would say it’s difficult to sleep 9; i would recommend most comfortable for 7 people (8 if one is willing to be in basement alone, or sleep on couches upstairs). Thank you for a clean and fun home to make our stay memorable!

Clean and convenient.

All good. Just seemed like it was the nicest house in the neighborhood. Pictures didn’t show the backyard looked into another. But, it was nice and clean. And convenient to town. Checkout was easy. Really enjoyed it overall. Kids (and I) loved the game room.

Perfect Ark Encounter Stay

We had a great getaway to experience thr Ark Encounter and Thanksgiving dinner...kids loved the house and so did IIIwaconvenient and great kitchen!

Generally a good stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the property the fooseball table was enjoyable, the air conditioning worked well, and it was a nice touch with the coffee bar. We would recommend this location to anyone (non - handicapped) who is looking to spend time very close to/ at the ark.

Perfect location

We were blessed to be able to stay at the house. It was very convenient for going to the Ark Encounter and back. We loved the size of the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing and eating together.

Mini Vacay

This property was decorated nicely, was fresh and clean. We had 5 adults and 4 children ages 10-14. The house really wasn't big enough for all of us to sleep but we made it work. We took advantage of the comfortable sofas. I will say though that the children had a blast in the game room! It was a little loud since there wasn't a door blocking the game room from the upstairs living quarters but it was great seeing everyone have a good time. The property manager was great. If we had any questions or concerns we just had to contact her. She responded quickly and was very helpful. Would we stay here again? Definitely! It was great for a 4 night 3 day stay.

Clean house, close to everything

Over all the house was clean and as advertised. Split level house helped separate the noise from the play room, and the bedrooms. 2.5 baths were very convenient and the laundry area very accessible. We were 'home' basically to sleep, so we hardly used anything outside. If you're looking for a good landing spot, close to the Ark Encounter, 40 minutes from Cincinnati, and a Walmart/gas station/restaurants within a mile, this is a good option.

Not what I expected

Our stay for was only 2 nights and due to the the uncleanliness of the home we were very uncomfortable. The doors, walls, and the railings of the home were filthy. We did speak to the owner who was very kind and listened to all concerns. She stated that it would be painted over but the railings are wood and look as if they have never been cleaned. The room for the children is not as pictured with one of the beds on the floor pretty much. My kids were like umm no. One slept with me and the other with my mother. The couches were also filthy so we did not even use that space. Also, for people of color staying in the area be very mindful of your surroundings. We visited the ark of which is like 4 miles away. On the way home my family was chased off the road and had to contact the police. I could go on but just wanted to leave a honest review so others can be aware of what the pictures did not show. It was for my birthday and I must say I was disappointed and ready to leave when I got there.

Roomy and homey

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home fit our needs. It is a split level with decks. We enjoyed the outdoors with the fire pit and grill, game room, and tvs in every room. We were gone during the day, but nice to have breakfast and dinner while there.

Evelyn’s 8-yr-old trip

We loved the open layout of the kitchen into the dining and living area. The downstairs play room was definitely a BIG hit! My husband and I brought our 8-yr-old granddaughter plus her parents and 3 siblings to visit the Creation museum and the Ark Encounter. The house has easy access to both. The host was wonderfully responsive and offered us early check-in, which worked perfectly since we drove from quite a distance. The kitchen was well equipped- and they even provided coffee!! One thing to note: there are no dressers to unpack clothing, just suitcase racks, and lots of hangars for hanging clothes, which worked out okay. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Game Room is a game changer!

The rooms were so cute and well-decorated. The kitchen might be as good or better stocked than my own home. Parking in the garage was a huge bonus for loading and unloading. The game room downstairs added SO MUCH to our stay for my teenagers. And I personally loved getting to relive my glory days of Super Mario domination on their little Nintendo system. Very fun! We also enjoyed a fun evening of playing corn hole in the back yard together. It was a great stay and I would stay there again if I ever went back to the Ark. Great location! Highly recommend. The only slight drawback is that whoever took the pictures for their online description did too good of a job and made the rooms look bigger than they actually are. There is plenty of space, but just know that the pictures make the rooms look a little larger than they are. But we all loved it!

Great stay!

We stayed here to visit the horse park, Ark, and Creation Museum. The location was great and easy to get to and relatively centrally located for all we were looking to do. The neighborhood was quiet. The game room is fun and well maintained. The house looked just like the pictures. The host was fabulous to work with and very accommodating! Will definitely stay again.

Clean, well kept

This is a very clean, well maintained home. Rooms are small but work for a long weekend stay. Having soaps and trash bags was a nice positive as most Vrbo rentals do not provide those things.

Fun family near Ark Encounter

We had a great stay for 3 nights and 4 days. The kids (15, 12, and 8) thoroughly enjoyed the game room! It was definitely worth the extra splurge for the multitude of games! The location was perfect for us and so close to the Ark Encounter. The kitchen was very spacious and allowed us to cook all of our meals instead of going out to eat. The dining table was big enough for all of us to sit at. The sleeping space was plenty for the 5 of us. Autumn was extra helpful and very easy to get in touch with when I couldn't find our check in information. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, especially a family with teens!

Trip to see the Ark and the creation museum

This is a nice home in a nice neighborhood. The game room was so fun. It was well stocked with necessary items.The only negative is the hot water runs out kinda quickly.
