Blackstone is a brand new community situated in Park City's Canyons Village, just steps from the Cabriolet Gondola providing ease of access to Park City's 350 runs and 7400 acres of terrain, right on the fairway of the Canyons Golf Course with 18 holes winding through 97 acres, enjoying spectacular views of the Wasatch & Uinta Mountains. Enjoy skiing, boarding, golf, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, tubing, rafting, the year-round pool, gym (including Peloton), and more down the street from complimentary transportation taking you throughout the Park City area.
This spacious Blackstone 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom features vaulted ceilings, ample natural light, modern finishes throughout, and comfortable furnishings. The central location within Canyons Village allows for a short 6-min walk to Park City's Cabriolet Ski Lift, where you can also catch the free express bus to Main Street/Old Town.
In the living room, relax on the large sectional couch surrounding a gas fireplace and wall-mounted flatscreen.
The large patio doors open to an expansive balcony with a spectacular mountain view. Seating, table and gas grill are provided.
Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen upon your arrival which is equipped with luxury Viking stainless steel appliances including gas stovetop and large refrigerator.
The dining area provides seating for up to 6, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar.
The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, fireplace, and ensuite bathroom.
