Communication was great location to the soccer fields and down Gatlinburg. House was very clean!Beds were comfy and tons for the kids to do.only thing I recommend is maybe some night lights to have in the hallways and some cards or family games to play. Great location that's close proximity to Gatlinburg and the house was perfect for our group. Lots to do in the evenings at the house. The bears did come by at least twice a day so the kids enjoyed that. We would definitely say there again.

The pool and the activities on different floors allowed our group of 13 to spread out and enjoy themselves. The cabin was amazing and had plenty of amenities on site to keep every age group entertained. The management company even had a small Christmas tree set up, making it the perfect setting to celebrate an early Christmas with family.

We were so happy with this property. Beds were comfortable, pool, hot tub, sauna were amazing. Theatre room needs aired out probably because it's in the same area as pool and smelled musty.but we did enjoy watching movies together as a family. Not a great view of the mountains but if you are more interested in the amenities this cabin is awesome.

This property was amazing. It still had the new house smell and it was big enough for a family of 15. The kids really enjoyed the pool and theater. It’s in a good spot close to everything. I really enjoyed the master bedroom the big shower was my favorite. Only thing I would complain about is the cooking ware, the pans wasn’t any good our food stuck to them and the knives weren’t any good. The pool alarm was a pain but it was resolved quickly. I would definitely book this cabin again.

Well worth the Stay

We all had a great time and the amenities were good. The management team responded to everything and anything we asked in just a matter of minutes every time. Only issues i found with place was that several things were broken and needed repair. The games downstairs were missing parts...the air hockey puck was broken and no others to use. The Foosball table was mising handles and the shuffleboard table had no sawdust so could not use it. Everything else was great. We would stay again...just need those things repaired b4 we stay next time. But woild definitely still recommend.

The cabin was clean and looked better in person. There were 14 people in my group, and the home was so spacious we did not feel crowded. If there were any issues or problems, my messages were responded to in a prompt professional manner. Neighbors were nice and quite, and there is a strip near by with plenty of activities and things to do. Perfect for a small birthday gathering or family vacation. The pool alarm was a little difficult to figure out but worked fine afterwards, Wi-Fi worked good & I would definitely return!

There was no gas so we couldn’t use the fireplaces, grill or pool. We notified the rental company upon arrival. They ordered the gas; however it only arrived the afternoon before our departure, 3 days late. We were given a partial refund; however we were not able to enjoy the amenities that we were looking forward to receiving.
