Ocean Front and on the Beach! A balcony view that will blow your mind! If you are looking for tranquility, serenity, and peace, you have found the right place!

Step onto the beach outside our gate! We provide beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, Bogie Boards, and a cooler for a day on the sand! Join the activities of the common area, two Pools, Basketball, Pickleball, Tennis, and Paddleball Courts.

We also provide a customized Welcome Guide to help you with your travels by developing local partnerships to benefit our guests. Transportation, Tours, and much more… will allow you to focus on relaxing.

- Transportation to and from the airport or booking a rental car while you stay in Puerto Rico.

The building complex provides a 24-hour, seven-days-a-week guarded entrance for the Condo complex. In addition, the building also provides a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week reception area at the lobby to safeguard the safety of the owners and guests and a parking area.

This location is 30 to 35 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport (SJU) and Old San Juan. Quick ride to El Yunque Rainforest and a public Luquillo alongside kioskos de Luquillo a mile away to the west and towards the east end is a surfing beach within walking distance.

The building complex also provides two pools and basketball courts for recreation. Join the activities of the common area, two Pools, Basketball, Pickleball, Tennis, and Paddleball Courts.

For your further enjoyment, there are three four-star hotels nearby. The Rio Mar, the Conquistador, and the Gran Melea at Coco Beach all have championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, and casinos.

The stay was wonderful. The owner was quick to reply. My only complaint would be that I specifically book with places with a washer and dryer. I like to pack light and through in a load over my stay. I tried to was the towels and it took several hours. Beeping through the night which woke us u. I messaged the owner, who responded quickly that I could use the quick wash which still took many hours. This is no fault of the owner, I believe it is the machine. I just wish that was communicated. That however, would have been a key fact for me to know. If that is not an important factor to others I would absolutely give it a 10.

Absolute Paradise

From the moment you open the door this place was a dream. Beautiful view, the sound of waves, clean and including anything you would need. The owner was responsive and kind. The rental was close to everything we wanted…El Yunque rainforest is 15 minutes away, 40 minutes to old San Juan, and beautiful beaches and amazing food EVERYWHERE in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Awesome space - very clean with beautiful view

We enjoyed your space from the moment we opened the front door. It is absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. My wife works for an architectural / engineering firm and was complimentary of your finish selections. The beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony was very nice and the security gated entrance with 24/7 concierge was a big bonus. Also, a big thank you for the information booklet and the beach accessories. You are a wonderful host and we have already passed along your information to friends.

Beach was disappointing, but it may just have been the time of year; I really couldn’t say. But the apartment was lovely, just as described, very comfortable with a beautiful view. It was also well located and close to restaurants.

Wonderful Vacation

This was our first visit to Puerto Rico. The condo made our trip absolutely wonderful. It was everything we needed and more. It was located in a convenient location and the beach was beautiful. We spent as much time as possible on the balcony enjoying the amazing view!

Wonderful Condo

Very well maintained. Owner thought of just about everything you might need. He sent an awesome info packet with all you need to know about the condo and the area including 2 sets of directions from the airport before we arrived making getting there a breeze. Extremely clean.

Billion Dollar View

We have stayed at the Playa Azul Building 1 previously and we booked this unit as it was newly remodeled and on an upper floor.....the view is not a million dollar view but a billion dollar view.....accommodations were excellent as advertised....definitely will be book again!

A great experience

The apartment is quite modern and well maintained. The view is spectacular and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. The beach is great and it’s a quick drive to several good restaurants. George was an excellent host - always responding right away. We would certainly like to stay here again if we come back to visit Puerto Rico.

Beautiful Location and View

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 5 days. It is a great location. Easy to get to and from the airport. Easy to get to the rainforest. We found several good restaurants for breakfast and lunch in the area. Simple Food was our favorite and we ate there almost everyday.The condo has an amazing view. This is the tower to stay at. It’s got the best and closest view of the beach and ocean. We could hear the waves with the patio doors open. The beach was great for walks.We happened to be there when the power went out all over the island. Our host was quick to respond, at first we thought it was just our room. It ended up being a lazy beach day, the elevators had a back up generator so we didn’t have to use the stairs to get to the 18th floor. There is a grocery store nearby.We will definitely be back.

A nice surprise

Great views, clean and comfortable. Security was good here. Within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. There was a local music festival on Christmas Eve.

Amazing View

The view is amazing as the pictures. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony enjoying it. The building is literally across the street from the beach and easy to get to. Had a great time.

This was the best for our honeymoon we really enjoyed the space and the kitchen and the great security it and safety and all things close by! And the beach!! SOOOO NICE!!! Also the beach towels and chairs and boogie board to have access too!!! Loved it all!!

My family and I have rented for over 10 years, but we decided to buy when this apartment became available. My family and I spent our winters here and thought we would like our apartment to be open and used through the months that we were not able to be here.

During the winter months, this is a very friendly, active community. We have made many friends and feel safe and welcome. The Puerto Rican people are warm and friendly, and there are people from all over the US that has been coming here for many years. Puerto Rico is a Caribbean Community with American influences that make it comfortable and interesting. There is a community here that is very culturally aware. They are actively involved in music and art. There are Museums, Shows, Festivals, and all manner of events. --no need ever to be bored... --happy vacationing...
