The impeccably refurbished 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome, which includes a 2-car attached garage, unfolds over three levels, each promising distinct charm and convenience.

Upon entering from either the front door with a Bluetooth Smart Halo Lock or the garage using the LiftMaster Keypad, you will be greeted by a fun-packed Game Room. The first-floor space boasts two stand-up arcades, a 13-foot shuffleboard, a 60-inch Samsung flat-screen TV, a 3-in-1 Foosball/mini-pool/air hockey table, and a mini fridge—perfect for entertaining or unwinding. For your convenience, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower is also available on this floor.

Transition to the `Community Level` on the second floor—home to a gracefully adorned family room, dining area, and breakfast nook. The space is highlighted by a Mid-Century meets Boho design, featuring a 65-inch Samsung LED Smart TV, a fully stocked kitchen, and an enchanting outdoor patio dining area. Luxurious plush pillows and throw blankets add the perfect touch of elegance and comfort to this versatile entertainer`s haven.

Continuing upstairs, the third floor presents three wonderfully appointed bedrooms. The master suite includes a king-sized bed, a 65-inch Samsung LED Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an attached en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds, 55-inch Samsung LED Smart TVs, and plush linens. Every room is equipped with a ceiling fan and a complimentary Live Streaming YouTubeTV subscription.

Exiting from the third floor, you enter our crowning glory—the rooftop lounge. Take some time to appreciate the uninterrupted mountain views and soak in the radiant Arizona sunsets. Unwind in this immaculate outdoor space at your leisure, but at your own risk.

Relish every corner of this captivating contemporary townhome, while respecting the privacy of the Owners Closet located in the first-floor bathroom.

From our prime location, explore Papago Park or the lush greenbelt situated just a mile west of our property. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft can rapidly transport you to top local attractions such as Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Camelback Mountain, Scottsdale`s Entertainment District, Scottsdale Stadium, Old Town Scottsdale`s Shopping District, Talking Stick Casino & Golf Resort, Top Golf and so much more—all within a 10-15 minute ride.

Do note that pet fees apply. We charge an additional $150 per pet, with specific conditions based on pet size, age, and training. Please contact us for negotiation and further information.

HOUSE RULES & CHECKOUT PROCEDURES

* QUIET HOURS: The City of Tempe enforces a strict policy of quiet hours starting as early at 10 PM. Any violation received by Tempe PD, the booking AirBnB guest will be held personally responsible for paying any fines incurred.

* PET FEE: There will be an additional Pet Fee of $150 per pet. Pricing can be negotiated based on size, age and training of animal. Please be advised that this fee is PER ANIMAL and that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay (i.e., Urine or poop stains, chewed up furniture, damaged property or missing personal belongings).

* Please be sure to shut and lock ALL DOORS throughout the entire property prior to departing. These doors will include:

- Front Door
- Garage
- Garage Door

* Strip all beds of any dirty sheets, pillowcases, used linens and place them inside of the washing machine prior to vacating the premises. Please note you are not required to do any laundry.

* Empty fridge of all personal items or leftover food.

* Take out the trash prior to your departure. Trash and Recycling will be located on the right side (east side) of the garage. All trash can be disposed of in the BLACK bin & recyclables can be disposed of in the BLUE bin. Trash gets picked up every MONDAY morning and recycling gets picked up every WEDNESDAY morning.

* Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

* ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind inside of the home (Back patio only). Please be sure to pick up your cigarette butts after yourselves. A $250 Penalty Fee can and will be enforced.

* There is absolutely NO DECORATING allowed at the rental property. This will include but not limited too: confetti, pin tacks, tape, and streamers. In the event we find any of these items at time of checkout a $300 fine will be incurred.

* Be mindful and careful of other people`s property.

* * * Please Note: This property is guarded by NEST security camera. There is a NEST Hello Doorbell located at the Front Entrance. There is also an Amazon MyQ Security Camera monitoring the garage entrance. These security cameras are motion activated & will record both video and audio when triggered.

POOL & HOT TUB DISCLAIMER:
* Guests acknowledge that children and/or handicapped individuals should NOT be left unattended near or around the pool area. Guests acknowledges the inherent risk in swimming or playing around the pool area and hereby assumes any & all responsibility.

Clean, Modern & Quiet

Six adults spent 2 nights at this property and it was perfect for our stay. Very clean, nicely decorated, and a quiet complex. We were able to walk to a local coffee shop. The garage was too small for our SUV but there were other places to park close by. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great place and location

We had a wonderful time at this location. It was sparkling clean and so well decorated. I enjoyed my coffee on the rooftop patio each morning enjoying the view and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. I just wish we had more time to enjoy the pool. We would definitely stay here again! The property manager was also very communicative and we had all of the information we needed along the way.

Amazing!

Booked this for anniversary getaway. This property is even better than the amazing photos. Decor was beautiful and came stocked with cooking items, linens and towels. The roof top area was also an amazing extra! The area is very quiet and clean. It is also located near malls and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Family weekend

The townhouse was very cute and clean. The space allowed for privacy and provided ample space to relax with friends and gather. The one improvement is we didn't have enough towels and washcloths in each room for a couple. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Tempe.

Annual girls trip

There were 5 of us staying however there wasn’t enough hot water for us to all shower in the morning. There was only enough hot water for 2 people to shower. (These were short quick showers)The heating system didn’t work very well. One bedroom was freezing, in the other bedroom people were too hot and it was quite cold the weekend we were there so we needed the heater.The size of the house was great and we love Mesilla Park.

Clean, quiet, comfortable condo

This property was fantastic! There were so MANY features that would bring me back to this property again in the future. At the top of my list is the rooftop patio! It was relatively quiet during our stay as this seems to be a residential area. The property is new and was VERY clean, well decorated, and inviting. There was a very strong smell of Clorox when we arrived, but that dissipated rapidly after a few minutes of open windows and fans running; it was confirmation that some aggressive cleaning had been done. The memory foam beds were very comfortable, and we had all the linens we needed. One must mention the game room on the lowest level. Such a unique feature that we enjoyed a few times during the stay. Wonderful supplies in the kitchen (spices, staples) for making our own meals. I would want to rent this house again in the future, you won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

We specialize in Property Management Services that are specifically tailored towards vacation rental properties throughout the Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix area. We provide our clients with a variety of services such as; pool maintenance, landscaping, home cleanings, staging and home furnishing, handyman services, maintenance and repairs along with some light renovations and remodeling when necessary. Now, a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. I moved down to Arizona when I was 18 back in Fall of 2000 to attend Arizona State University. I am the second youngest of five boys that grew up in a strong Italian household. My family is my rock and my brothers mean everything to me. I am attached at the hip to my beautiful partner Sage Honga of 8 years and counting - and as of recently we have the most beautiful daughter who was born on June 3rd, 2020 right here in Scottsdale. Arizona is now home to me and my family and I look forward to expanding my business down here in the southwest.
