Note: A starter of complimentary toilet rolls, paper towel, hand soap, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, body wash, shampoo are provided for your initial convenience. Renters are then responsible for purchasing all further supplies required for the duration of their stay.
Please note that the pool can be heated for a fee that is equivalent to the energy costs for heating the pool. Please indicate if you are interested in heating the pool at the time of booking or no later than 48hrs prior to the time needed.
POOL HEAT PRICING DESCRIPTION
* The pool (if applicable) can be heated on request and for an additional charge of $35 per night
* Pool/Spa heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable a staff member to attend to the activation of the system.
* Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.
* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay at guests cost per daily rate.
* Pool heat is necessary if your home has a spa interconnected with the pool and you want to have the spa hotter than the pool temperature.
* The pool heater runs for approximately 12-15 hours each day and will turn off overnight.
